摘要
道德风险是现代经济社会中的普遍现象，它造成了社会资源的浪费和资源配置低效率。社会养老保险和商业人寿保险作为两种不同的保险形式，其中道德风险大量存在且表现复杂。由于社会养老保险和商业寿险的不同经营管理目标，决定了其运作机制和环境的不同。两个保险领域中，道德风险有共性更有截然的不同。本文从阐述道德风险的一般理论着手，分析了道德风险的产生根源和一般表现形式，进而对社会养老保险和商业寿险中道德风险的表现、产生、规避等进行了比较分析，找出了两者的共性和差异，并对这些差异性及其原因进行了探讨。在此基础上，针对两个保险领域道德风险的具体发生发展环节，就道德风险的规避做出了相应的对策思考。
Moral hazards are common in modern economy and society. They make ineffectiveness and waste in resources configurations. Social pension insurance and commercial life insurance are different kinds of insurance. Moral hazards exist a lot in them and the performances are complex too. Social pension insurance and commercial life insurance have different goals, which make their systems and environments different .In these two fields, moral hazards have certain general characters and clear difference too. Beginning with general theory of moral hazards, this paper gives analysis on the production root and general manifestation of moral hazards. Then comparative researches are given to the performance, producing and evasion of moral hazards in the two fields. Emphatically, analysis is carried on the distinctions and their reasons. And then the author gives proposals for the control of moral hazards in social pension insurance and commercial life insurance accounting for their different survival surroundings.
