东雷二期抽黄灌区管理信息系统与计算机监控系统研究

摘要
陕西地处西北干旱半干旱地区,水资源供需矛盾较大,灌区管理手段落后,农业灌溉用水有效利用率很低,约为35%左右。本课题研究的目的,就是针对东雷二期抽黄灌区实际,在灌区管理中采用现代管理方法,利用系统工程、运筹学、计算机技术、现代通讯及其他先进技术手段,实现对提灌设备及灌溉系统的优化管理,提高水资源利用效益和灌区管理水平。
     本文分析研究灌区管理信息系统与计算机监控系统的组成及结构形式,进行有关模型的理论分析和有关系统模型的结构设计。论文从控制对象入手,研究如何建立相应的数据采集系统,对气象、水文、土壤、作物、枢纽工程及灌溉渠系建筑物运行状态、水位、流量等信息量进行采集,通过通讯系统进行传输,输入数据处理、计算机网络与监控等系统,进行有关统计计算、回归分析、图文处理、预测预报和规划决策,形成具有资源共享、分布处理、集中控制和管理功能的软硬件系统,以自动控制灌区引水枢纽调控闸门、泵站机组及辅助设备、田间管网及渠道分水闸门等设施和设备的运行状态,发挥水资源的最大效益,形成对整个灌区的优化管理。
To aim at circumstance of Shanxi Donglei Irrigation Project (Phase II) by pumping water from the Yellow River that it is located in arid and half-arid are in Northwest in which water resources need much more and irrigated area management method is under-developed so that water efficiency used in agriculture irrigation is low (about 35%), the purpose of pump drain irrigation equipment and irrigation systems and to improve rate of utilization water resources and irrigated area management with modern management method in irrigated area and with systems engineering-, operational research-, computer technology-, modern communication and other advanced technology.
    This paper analyses constitute and shape of structure on irrigated area management information systems and computer monitor systems, and carry out theory analysis and construction design of system model. Begin with control object, this paper research how to set up date collection system which collect weather-, hydrology - soil -. crop > operation condition of pivot engineering and irrigation channels building >. water lever >. flow quantity. By communication system used in transmission, date processing-, computer network and monitor systems, the paper carry out statistical calculation-, regression analysis-, picture treatment-, forecast prediction and programming decision consists of soft hardware systems of resource share-, distributed processing-, concentrate control and management which automatically irrigated area water diversion pivot regulate and control gate-, pumping station set and assistant equipment> field gridiron and channel water diversion gate etc to utilize plenty of water resource and optimize management of irrigated area.
