摘要
人才在企业间的流动已经成为越来越普遍的事情,然而,流出必有流入,企业面对新员工的情境也随之不断的增加。那么,在企业致力长远发展,争做百年老店,希望基业常青的战略蓝图下,企业应该如何面对新员工,如何进行培养?怀揣着这样的疑问,我寻访各方神圣,在IT企业的舞台上寻求科技的力量。纵然发现,在很多企业员工流动加大,对培训灰心气馁的时候,这些成功的企业在悄悄为新员工培训的价值增值,为企业的长期稳健发展考虑。
     因此本文变换视角,从鲜为人知的培训职业角度出发,以培训者的身份分析IT工作者的性情和心态,以把握新员工培训的方向和培训常用方法以及培训技巧等。愿把它作为这篇论文的立意,阐述我对新员工培训体系建设的看法和观点。
