摘要
跨入新世纪后,我国企业正面临着一个新的发展起点。科学技术的发展和知识经济的到来,使企业面临着更加激烈的竞争环境;全球经济一体化的进展,市场运行体系日臻完善,给企业带来了新的发展机遇。在挑战与机遇并存的背景条件下,企业对人力资源开发和培训工作提出了更高的要求,培训体系的建立与完善就成了许多企业人力资源管理工作的重点工作之一。
     沈阳东软软件股份有限公司经过十年的快速发展,已成为国内IT行业著名的企业解决方案提供商。为了适应公司快速发展的要求,公司的努力完善自己的培训体系。
     本文中的东软培训是作者在参阅东软股份全部2002年和部分2003年的培训记录、东软内刊、东软内网和刘积仁等老师的讲话的基础上整理而成,向读者提供了一个完整的东软股份培训体系。
     本文应用培训系统模型,从培训需求的确定,培训目标的设置,培训计划的制定,培训实施到培训效果评估的完整过程,同时兼顾公司战略、员工发展规划、培训课程体系以及培训管理四个维度,从新员工培训、技术培训、管理培训、销售培训和业务培训等五个方面,对培训体系进行分析。旨在找出东软股份公司培训体系的不足之处,并提出改进的建议。
     本文的分析方法适用于企业培训体系的研究,具有普遍意义。
Across into the new century threshold, our country business enterprises face a new development point. Development of technique and science with the knowledge-based economy force the companies face more vigorous competition environment. The progress of the global economic integral, as well as perfect in marketing system day and day bring to business enterprises the new development opportunity. Under the background term that challenge and opportunity is keep both, the business enterprise request human resource development with training work much higher. Thus, establishing and perfecting of training system become one of the points for working of many business enterprise human resources management.
    Shenyang NEU-ALPIN passes by the decade's fleetness development, and has become one of the most famous national IT business solution provider. For the sake of meeting the fast development, they make efforts to perfect their own NEU-ALPIN training system.
    The training system of in this text is an sorted outcome on the reference of all 2002s training record with of part 2003s, inside periodicals, inside web page accumulated with speeches delivered by Teacher Liu Jiren and others, providing the readers with a complete NEU-ALPIN training system.
    This text applies the training system model, the complete process from determining training needs, establishment of the training target, to gauge of training results, looking after four dimensions including the company strategy, and employees' development programming at the same time, training course system and training management, and five aspects of new employees' training, technique training, management training, marketing training with business training, rightly proceeds analysis the training system, just aim at finding the weakness of its training system, and provide advice to perfect it.
    The analysis method can be applicable to research business enterprise training system, and have the widespread meaning.
