企业核心竞争力及核心技术创新研究——以爱生技术集团为例

摘要
爱生技术集团公司隶属于西北工业大学,主要从事军用无人飞行器的研制、开发和生产,集科、工、贸一体化的现代化高科技企业。一九九五年公司被国务院发展研究中心确认为“中国最大的无人机科研生产基地”,并入选“中华之最”。目前,航空企业正处于深化改革,快速发展时期,国内各种兵器企业纷纷进入无人机研发领域,激烈的竞争态势已经显现,如何抓紧利用现有的一切资源将企业作大作强,正是基于这一目的对爱生技术集团的市场竞争进行研究,达到培育公司的核心创新能力,此研究对类似的航空企业制定适合自身发展的战略有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
     本文分为两个部分:理论研究和应用研究。在理论部分,主要研究了市场竞争理论的演变阶段,以及三大阶段之间的比较分析,重点讨论了核心能力阶段的相关理论,包括核心能力的识别、构成及核心技术创新的模式。在应用部分,本文利用波特所提出传统的竞争战略中的价值链和SWOT分析,并加入产业的“关键成功因素”及新竞争战略中的“核心竞争力”观点,提出了一套整合性“竞争优势策略分析模式”的理论分析流程框架,用它对爱生技术集团公司的经营现状进行分析;由于核心技术对高科技型企业的核心竞争力发展起着至关重要的作用,紧接着利用软集合原理评价集团的综合核心技术现状,针对本集团的核心能力较弱的评价结果,进一步提出了培育核心技术创新的策略,分别就技术创新模式、机制创新、战略管理创新提出了具体可行的措施。
ASN attaches to NPU. The company is mainly engaged on researching, developing and manufacturing UAV that are supplied to army corps. It is a modern high-tech corporation integrates with research, industry and trade. It was granted "The largest base of researching and manufacturing UAV in China "by State Department development and research center in 1995,at the same time it was picked in "The best of china". At present, with the aircraft industry depth reforming and fast developing, various weapon corporations are entering into the field of UAV and the tendency of competition are appearing already. Therefore, how to utilize the present resource strengthen the enterprise. For this purpose, this paper give study to the market competence of ASN in order to improve the enterprise innovative ability of core technology, in the same time, this paper provide certain reference function for the similar aviation enterprise to make suitable strategy for their own development.
    This text divides into two parts: Theoretical research and applied research. In the theory part, the research concentrate on the three development stage of market competition theory and give the comparative analysis among in three major stages, has discussed the relevant theory of core competence stage with emphasis, which including the composition and identification of core competence and the models of core technological innovation. In applied research, this paper utilize the value chain and SWOT analysis which Porter proposed in the traditional strategic competition theory, and join " the key successful factor" in the industry to "core competence" in new competition strategy, then proposed a set of flow frame analysis model that is " the analysis model of competition advantage ", then utilize it to analyze the current management situation of ASN. Because core technology plays an essential role to the development of the Hi-Tech enterprise, so utilize soft set method to evaluate the current situation of core technology, finally, according to the evaluation result that ASN core technology is relatively weak, then put forward a strategy to improve the level of core technological innovation ability.
