新型梳针式刺辊的研究

摘要
本论文主要以在单刺辊梳棉机上做锯齿型刺辊和梳针型刺辊的对比研究来说明梳针的特性。通过南京一棉三次梳针刺辊试验、江苏华洋纺织有限公司的测试、辽东学院梳棉试验室二次测试,通过测定生条AFIS、细纱条干不匀等多项指标,同时结合苏格兰斯图尔特及印度等所做的关于梳针刺辊与锯齿刺辊的对比研究,从新型梳针刺辊的结构、梳针特性(包括纤维损伤、杂质棉结、落棉率、未成熟纤维去除)、新型梳针刺辊的纺纱效果、新型梳针刺辊的耐磨性等几个方面对梳针刺辊的特性做了较为全面的分析和研究,借助大量图表使结果更直观鲜明。得出如下结论:
     (1)新型梳针刺辊所采用楔型结构克服了传统打孔植针式梳针刺辊缺点,使用寿命远远大于锯齿刺辊.
     (2)新型梳针刺辊在减少纤维损伤效果上优于锯齿刺辊.
     (3)梳针刺辊在去除棉结效果和除杂效果上与传统锯齿刺辊不差上下.
     (4)在梳棉中同等条件下以梳针刺辊落棉率要高一些,而短绒率则梳针刺辊小于锯齿刺辊。
     (5)梳针刺辊在去除未成熟纤维方面与传统锯齿刺辊不差上下.
     (6)从纺纱效果上以梳针刺辊要优于锯齿刺辊.
     (7)在使用寿命上,新型梳针刺辊是锯齿刺辊10倍以上.
     (8)在几种规格的梳针刺辊中的研究证实,以66°为好。
     以上结论为梳针技术在梳棉机加工过程中的应用提供一定的理论基础。
By experiments on a single licker-in carding machine with pin licker-in and saw-toothlicker-in, the characteristics of pin licker-in were discussed so as to lay a theoreticalfoundation for pin technology to use on a carding machine. The experiments about pinlicker-in were done in the First Cotton Spinning Factory of Nanjing, Huayang Textile Co.Ltd. of Jiangsu and Carding Laboratory of Liaodong University. Card sliver and yamirregularity were tested by USTER AFIS and USTER respectively. In the meantime, takingthe research results of Stewart Company of Scotland and some Indian technicians asreferences, analysis and researches about the characteristics of pin licker-in were made bythe help of charts and tables from the structure of new style pin licker-in, cardingcharacteristics (including fiber damage, impurity, nep, immature fiber removing),percentage and discrepancy of droppings, spinning effect and resistance to grind of newstyle pin licker-in, etc. Some conclusions were drawn as follows:
     (1) By using wedge structure to install needles in the new pin licker-in, some defectsof the traditional boring structure were overcome, The needles can be repaired andreplaced easily and the pin density can be adjusted. Furthermore, the lifetime of new pinlicker-in is over 10 times longer than saw -tooth licker-in.,while its price is only as half asthe traditional one.
     (2)New tape pin licker-in is better than saw-tooth licker-in in reducing fiber damage.
     (3) New tape pin licker-in is almost the same as saw -tooth licker-in in removing nepand impurity.
     (4) In carding process, though the droppings percentage of using pin licker-in is higherthan saw-tooth licker-in under the same conditions, the short fiber percentage is alsohigher.
     (5) New tape pin licker-in is almost the same as saw -tooth licker-in in removingimmature fiber.
     (6) New tape pin licker-in is better than saw-tooth licker-in in spinning quality.
     (7)The research on pin licker-in with different specifications proves that that the pinlicker-in with working angle of 66°is the best.
