湖南2个规模化猪场母猪繁殖水平调查与分析

摘要
在养猪生产中母猪生产力水平直接关系到猪场生产效率,并受窝产仔数、活仔数、断奶天数及非生产天数等因素影响。为了了解湖南省规模化猪场母猪繁殖力水平,本研究选择2个中等规模猪场,调查和分析繁殖母猪的生产水平,探讨影响母猪繁殖力水平的主要因素。研究主要以实地调查的形式,收集猪场2009年至2011年繁殖母猪的相关生产记录和资料,通过对2个猪场2790胎次的母猪生产数据的整理和统计,分别对原种猪场和长大/大长二元杂猪场的母猪繁殖性能进行了分析,其结果如下:
     原种猪场:大约克母猪平均窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、断奶仔数分别为10.04±0.08、9.37±0.08、8.96±0.09头;每胎次的生产周期是158.7±1.1天。杜洛克母猪平均窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、断奶仔数分别为9.51±0.20、8.51±0.22、7.71±0.24头,每胎次的生产周期是149.6±2.9天。长白母猪平均窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、断奶仔数分别为10.30±0.17、9.45±0.17、8.87±0.24头;每胎次的生产周期是161.7±4.0天。
     长大/大长二元杂猪场:繁殖母猪的平均窝产仔数、活仔数、断奶数分别为10.91±0.12、9.81±0.13、7.81±0.13头;每胎次的生产周期及年产胎数分别是171.8±2.6天和2.19±0.02胎;母猪平均年产断奶仔猪17.23±0.45头。
     分析结果表明,该原种猪场母猪繁殖力水平在一定程度上受到母猪产仔性能的制约,加强品种改良和饲养管理将有助于产仔性能的提升,获得更大生产效益。长大/大长二元杂猪场母猪繁殖力水平受母猪产仔性能和生产周期等因素的影响,加强饲养管理等将有利于改善繁殖母猪的繁殖力水平。
Sow productivity level is directly related to production efficiency of pig farm and mainly affected by litter size, number of piglets born alive, lactation length (days) and non-production days. In order to understand the sow prolificacy level of scale pig farms in Hunan Province, two medium-sized farms were selected to investigation of production levels of breeding sows, exploring the main factors affected the level of sow reproductivity. In the field study records of breeding sows of two pig farms were collected from2009to2011. The data from2790parities of farrowed sows were treated to analyse reproductive performance of sows. The results are as follows:
     The original breed farm:In Yorkshire herd the reproductive performance of average litter size, number of piglets born alive and number of piglets weaned were10.04±0.08,9.37±0.08,8.96±0.09respectively. The average farrow-to-farrow interval (days) was158.7±1.1. In Duroc herd the average litter size, number of piglets born alive and number of piglets weaned were9.51±0.20,8.51±0.22,7.71±0.24respectively. The average farrow-to-farrow interval (days) was149.6±2.9. In Landrace herd average litter size, number of piglets born alive and number of piglets weaned were10.30±0.17,9.45±0.17,8.87±0.24respectively. The average farrow-to-farrow interval (days) was161.7±4.0.
     The Yorkshire×Landrace sow herd:The reproductive performance of average litter size, number of piglets born alive and number of piglets weaned were10.91±0.12、9.81±0.13、7.81±0.13respectively. The average farrow-to-farrow interval (days) and number of litter per sow per year were171.8±2.6and2.19±0.02. Number of piglets weaned per sow per year was17.23±0.45.
     The results suggest that the prolificacy level of sows on original breed farm is limited to some extent by the performance of litter size, and strengthening breed improvement and feeding management will help to improve the reproductive performance, producing greater production efficiency. The reproductive productivity in Yorkshire×Landrace sow herd is affected by factors of the litter size and farrow-to-farrow interval (days), and will be enhanced by improving herd management.
