斜角切削过程的数值模拟

摘要
本文在自由直角切削过程分析的基础上,详细分析了斜角切削过程。利用有限元的基
    本思想,建立了斜角切削的有限元理论模型。基于大型有限元软件ANSYS平台,通过数
    值仿真技术,将斜角切削过程(从刀具与工件接触到剪切角形成)精确而生动地模拟出来。
    并在模拟结果的基础上分析了斜角切削过程中剪切区的形成过程,通过提取切削刃上不同
    截面的剪切角的变化,分析了斜角切削进行二维简化的可行性。借助这一模拟技术,通过
    改变刀具的几何参数,实现了不同切削条件下的切削过程的系列模拟,并进行了相对应条
    件下的切削试验,通过对等效剪切角模拟值、计算值和实验值得分析比较,确定了模拟方
    法的正确可靠性,实现了对斜角切削过程的数字仿真。
The paper based on the analysis of the process of free orthodoxy metal cutting, Analyzed the process of the Oblique cutting. Utilize the fundamental idea of FEM, and establish the FEM model of the oblique cutting, Simulated the process of the Oblique cutting (through the cutting tool against the work contacts up to the shear angle taking shape) precisely and vividly through the technology of numeric imitation which based on the large software ANSYS. Moreover, this paper analyzed the form process of the shearing area based on the analysis result. Analyzed the feasibility of simplifying the process to two dimensions, by picking the various result of each section in blade. By means of the technique, It is achieved the series simulations in various conditions, by changing the tools' geometry parameters, At the same time, the cutting experiments was made in the same conditions, The simulation method is confirmed to be availability through comparing the various value of equivalent shear angle by simulation, calcul
    ation and test, The digital simulation of the oblique cutting is achieved.
