茶多酚和VC对肉仔鸡抗氧化性能和免疫性能的影响

摘要
本试验选用健康、活泼、体重无显著差异的1日龄肉用仔鸡288只,采用两因子3×3试验设计,按试验设计随机分为9组,每个组设4个重复,每重复8只鸡雏。茶多酚(TP)的添加量分别为:0、30、60 mg/kg,维生素C(VC)的添加量分别为:0、100、200 mg/kg。研究了不同水平TP、VC以及同时添加对肉仔鸡生产性能、抗氧化功能及免疫性能的影响。
     试验结果表明:
     1.在提高肉仔鸡的生长性能方面,在日粮中添加不同水平的茶多酚和维生素C,能不同程度的提高肉仔鸡的平均日增重、降低肉仔鸡料重比,但是两者联合添加没有显著的协同互作效应(P>0.05)。
     2.在提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化性能方面,在日粮中添加不同水平的茶多酚和维生素C对提高21日龄肉仔鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性有极显著的协同互作效应(P<0.01),对提高21日龄和42日龄肉仔鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量有显著的协同互作效应(P<0.05)。
     3.在提高肉仔鸡的免疫性能方面,在日粮中添加不同水平的茶多酚和维生素C能有效提高肉仔鸡的免疫性能。对提高21日龄肉仔鸡白细胞吞噬率和脾脏指数有显著的协同互作效应(P<0.05),对提高21日龄和42日龄肉仔鸡T淋巴细胞转化率、血清白介素-2(IL-2)含量有显著的协同互作效应(P<0.05),对提高42日龄肉仔鸡胸腺指数有显著的协同互作效应(P<0.05),对提高42日龄肉仔鸡白细胞吞噬率有极显著的协同互作效应(P<0.01)。
     综上所述,本试验结果表明:在日粮中添加不同水平的茶多酚和维生素C能提高0-42日龄肉仔鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能及免疫性能,并且联合添加有显著协同互作效应,这种协同效应在本试验设计的TP和VC添加范围内与两者的添加量成正相关,采用60mg/kg和200mg/kg联合添加量为较好。
A 3×3mulitiple-factor experiment was conducted to study the interaction effect of different dietary Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C levels on the production performance, antioxidant function and immune function of broilers. Hence, two hundreds and eighty eight Avin broilers were randomly divided into 9 groups, each containing 4 replicates (8 birds per replicate). In the experiment Tea polyphenols supplement amounts were set to 30 and 60mg kg~(-1), and Vitamin C supplement amounts were 100 and 200mg kg~(-1) .
     The results are showed as follows:
     1. Considering the production performance, the growth rate was significantly improved and the feed conversion rate was significantly decreased by the individual effect of the supplements. However, there is no interaction effect between Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C in different growing stages (P>0.05).
     2. Considering the antioxidant function, there was significant improvement by the individual effect of the supplements. In addition, There was a significant interaction between Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C on improving the GSH-Px of the 21-day-old broilers (P< 0.01) . There was a significant interaction effect of Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C on improving the T-AOC of the 21-day-old and 42-day-old broilers (P < 0.05) . There was a extremely significant interaction between Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C on improving the SOD and decreasing the MDA of the 21-day-old and 42-day-old broilers (P < 0.05) .
     3. Considering the immune function, there was significant improvement by the individual effect of the supplements. Also, there was a significant interaction effect between Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C on improving the leucocyte swallow and spleen index of the 21-day-old broiler (P<0.05) . There was a significant interaction effect between Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C on improving the lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 of the 21-day-old and 42-day-old broiler (P < 0.05). There was a extremely significant interaction effect between Tea polyphenols and Vitamin C on improving the ignorant index (P < 0.05) and leucocyte swallow (P < 0.01) of the 42-day-old broiler.
     The above findings indicate that the two supplements had significant effect on improving the production performance, antioxidant function and immune function. The best addition level of Tea polyphenols was found at 60 mg kg~(-1) and that of Vitamin C was 200mg kg~(-1).
