摘要
虚拟研究组织是虚拟组织概念渗透到科学研究机构所形成的一种研究、发展新的组织形式。以国家科技部863计划“大连市创建软件产业国际化示范城市”软课题中的“知识与信息管理系统(原型)的研究”子课题为背景，针对虚拟研究组织中存在的人员交流困难、知识继承困难等问题，提出了构建知识与信息管理系统的方案，并分析了虚拟研究组织的特征和构建知识与信息管理系统的可行性。在此基础上，运用知识系统工程的方法对虚拟研究组织的知识与信息管理系统的功能、技术结构进行了分析。最后应用系统集成方法完成了设计和实现，为类似组织进行知识管理提供借鉴。
“大连市创建软件产业国际化示范城市”软课题中的“知识与信息管理系统(原型)”于2001年11月运行，为课题组顺利完成软课题研究提供了一个支撑平台。
Virtual Research Organization (VRO) is a new R&D model that the concept of Virtual Organization used in scientific research institution. With the sub-project of "Research of Knowledge and Information Management System (Prototype)" of project of " Dalian City Building a Software Industry Internationalization Model City" of 863 Program of Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC. Aiming at the difficulty in intercommunion and in inheriting knowledge, a plan of building a Knowledge and Information System is presented. The character of Virtual Research Organization and the feasibility of Knowledge and Information Management System building are analyzed. Hence, with the method of Knowledge Systems Engineering, function of Knowledge and Information System of VRO is analyzed. Finally, the System is designed and implemented by system integration technology. Thus, Knowledge Management System of other VRO can Implement like it.
Knowledge and Information System (Prototype) of " Dalian City Building a Software Industry Internationalization Model City " has run since Nov. 200 Land take advantage of the VRO to finish Soft-subject.
