短消息位置寻址业务的研究

摘要
GSM-R作为铁路调度通信的主要方式,在我国铁路已经得到成功应用,在已建成的青藏线、大秦线和胶济线上发挥着巨大的作用,并将在今后建设的客运专线和高速铁路上得到应用,是我国铁路通信发展的方向。
     智能网是叠加在原有通信网上的一层网络,具有业务与交换分离的特性,通过信令网与大型数据库的支持,快速、经济、灵活、有效的生成和实现各种新业务。智能网这一特点深受网络运营者和用户的青睐,因此得到了迅速的发展,成为了电信网发展的目标之一。
     GSM-R中引入智能网技术,可以提供许多具有铁路特色的业务。伴随着需求的不断增加,业务的种类也会越来越丰富。短消息智能业务作为GSM-R智能网提供的一种业务,将被广泛应用到非安全数据领域。
     现行的GSM-R智能网技术条件仅提出了短消息智能业务的概念,并未作规范。本文研究了短消息智能业务中的一种——短消息位置寻址业务,提出两种短消息位置寻址业务的实现方案,旨在为其今后的铁路应用和规范制定提供理论依据。
     论文的主要工作如下:
     首先研究了位置寻址和短消息业务的原理,对其网络结构、实现方法和信令流程进行了阐述。
     然后根据SMPP协议,在短消息传送网络中新增SMSC与SCP间的接口——扩展SMPP接口,并对相关的信令和操作进行了定义,提出了基于扩展SMPP接口实现短消息位置寻址的具体方案,设计了方案的网络结构和业务流程。
     接着修改了CAMEL3控制移动发端短消息业务的状态模型,设置了签约信息、检测点以及触发方式,提出了基于CAMEL3智能网实现短消息位置寻址的具体方案,设计了方案的网络结构和业务流程。
     最后根据铁路应用发展的需要,提出了一种崭新的业务——短消息精确位置寻址业务,以克服短消息位置寻址存在的不足。
As the main mode of railway dispatching communication, GSM-R has been successfully applied in China railway. It is playing a very important role on Qinghai-Tibet line, Datong-Qinhuangdao line and Qingdao-Jinan line which had been constructed. In the future, GSM-R will be continually applied in passenger dedicated lines and high speed railways and be the evolution direction of China railway communication.
     Intelligent Network (IN) is a network overlapped the communication network. It is characterized by separation of services and switching. Supported by signalling network and large databases, Intelligent Network can create and implement new services rapidly, economically, flexibly and effectively. This feature makes IN favored by network operators and users, so IN is rapidly developing, and has become one target of telecommunication network development.
     GSM-R with Intelligent Network introduced can provide many kinds of railway services. With demand increasing, more and more new services will be produced. As a kind of service provided by GSM-R Intelligent Network, Short Message Intelligent Service will be widely applied in non-security data field.
     Short Message Intelligent Service is only proposed but not specified in current technical specification for Intelligent Network of GSM-R. This dissertation addresses Short Message Location Dependent Addressing which is a Short Message Intelligent Service. Two implementation schemes are brought forward aiming for providing theoretical basis for railway application and specification establishment of Short Message Location Dependent Addressing service.
     The major work of this dissertation is as follows:
     Firstly, the principles of Location Dependent Addressing and Short Message Service are studied, and their network structures, implementation methods and signalling processes are discussed.
     Secondly, according to SMPP protocol, the extended SMPP interface which is the interface between SMSC and SCP is added to the Short Message transfer network; revelant signalling and operations are defined; the specific implementation scheme of Short Message Location Dependent Addressing based on extended SMPP interface is put forward and its network structure and service process are designed.
     Thirdly, the state model of MO SMS controlled by CAMEL3 is modified; Subscription Information, Detection Point and Trigger Mode are set; the specific implementation scheme of Short Message Location Dependent Addressing based on CAMEL3 IN is brought forward and its network structure and service process are designed.
     Last, according to the demand of railway application development, a new service, Short Message enhanced Location Dependent Addressing service, is proposed to overcome the weaknesses of Short Message Location Dependent Addressing.
