电针列缺穴对早孕大鼠子宫收缩影响的实验研究

摘要
临床报道用列缺穴治疗虚寒型痛经时,列缺可以缓解痛经,患者感到小腹(子宫)部温暖、舒适。列缺是肺经络穴,又是八脉交会穴之一,通任脉。任脉起于胞中,有“主胞胎”的功能。为了进一步探讨列缺穴对子宫的作用,我们与合谷组、正常对照组、妊娠对照组比较,进行了“电针列缺对早孕大鼠子宫活动的影响及相关因素的研究”。
    本实验观察和比较了电针列缺、合谷穴对孕期大鼠子宫收缩的影响。通过观察针刺前后子宫收缩的波幅、频率、强度的变化,研究针刺对妊娠子宫收缩活动的影响;通过观察针刺后雌激素、血栓素、前列腺素及其比值的变化,从内分泌角度探讨针刺影响宫缩的作用机理。本实验初步得出如下几点结论:
    电针列缺穴、合谷穴可以调节早孕大鼠子宫收缩的波幅、频率、强度及相关的雌激素、血管活性物质的水平。结果显示:
    1、正常组、妊娠对照组大鼠子宫收缩的波幅、频率、强度呈增强趋势。
    2、电针列缺穴后,大鼠宫缩的波幅、频率、强度明显减弱,且针后15-20min后仍维持较强的抑制效应。
    3、电针合谷穴后,大鼠宫缩的波幅、频率、强度呈增强趋势;合谷组与列缺组差异显著(P<0.05);
    4、针前5min与针中1-5min,各组间无显著性差异;除列缺组外,其他三组的宫缩波幅、频率、强度均逐渐上升。
    电针列缺穴、合谷穴调节了雌激素、TXB2、6-K-PGF2α的水平,从而调节T/P的比值。
    5、针后雌激素水平,合谷组明显升高;列缺组无明显变化。
    6、针后TXB2水平,合谷组明显升高;列缺组呈升高趋势。
    7、针后6-K-PGF2α水平,合谷组明显升高;列缺组明显降低。
    
    本研究认为,列缺穴、合谷穴与子宫没有直接的周围神经联系,其调节子宫收缩变化的途径,主要是通过中枢神经系统和体液因素调节,达到抑制/增强早孕大鼠子宫收缩的作用。电针列缺穴对早孕大鼠的子宫收缩有明显的抑制作用;电针合谷穴对早孕大鼠的子宫收缩有明显的增强作用。
Lieque(L 7) is Lou-(Connecting) Point of the Lung Channel,one of the Eight Confluent Points,communicating with the Ren Channel. Ren Channel starts from uterus and has the function of "governing pregnancy".When treating the dysmenorrhea of vacuity cold pattern, Lieque can relax the pain quickly.The patients feel warm and comfortable in the abdomen(uterus).To research what function Lieque has to uterus further,we carried on "The research of the influence and the related factors of Lieque point acts on the movement of uterus by electric acupuncture."by the way of comparing Hegu group,normal group and pregnant group.
    The result shows that: Lieque point can regulate the amplitude,frequency and intensity of uterine contraction of early pregnant rats by electric acupuncture.The results are as follows:
    1.It shows that there was no significant difference between all the groups before needling and in the early 5min during needling. The amplitude of uterine contraction of Lieque group had tendency in decreasing continuously and there was significant difference between Lieque group and Hegu group after needling for 5min. Except Lieque group,the other three groups' amplitude of uterine contraction increased.It points out that needling Lieque with electric acupuncture can cause the amplitude,frequency and intensity of rats' uterine contraction significantly decreased continuously.
    2.After needling,before needling and in 1-5min during needling Lieque,the changes of uterine contraction were not significant.After 5-10min during needling,the amplitude,frequency and intensity of rats' uterine contraction decreased significantly(p<0.01).The decreasing situation still continued after needling 15-20min.
    3.In 5min before needling and in 1-5min during needling,there was no significant difference between all the groups;In 5-10min and 15-20min during needling,the pregnant group was significantly higher than Hegu group(p<0.05);Hegu group and Lieque group had significant difference(p<0.05);Except lieque group,the other three groups' amplitude of uterine contraction increased gradually and the amplitude of uterine contraction of Lieque group had tendency in decreasing continuously during needling and after removing needles.In 5-10min after removing needles,there was significant difference between pregnant group and Lieque group(p<0.01).
    The research has the view that Lieque has no direct nerve relation.The way of regulating the changes of uterine contraction is mainly through the regulation of central nervous system and humour factors.
    Needling Lieque with electric acupuncture can regulate the level of
    
    E2,TXB2,6-K-PGF2α,thus regulate T/P.The result shows:
    4.After needling,E2 level of Hegu group was significantly higher the other three groups(p<0.05);There was no significant difference between Lique group,normal group and pregnant group.
    5.After needling,the TXB2 level of Hegu group was significantly higher than the other three groups(p<0.05).Lieque group was significantly higher than pregnant group(p<0.05).
    6. After needling,the 6-K-PGF2αlevel of Hegu group was significantly higher than the other three groups(p<0.05).Lieque group was significantly lower than pregnant group(p<0.05).
    From above we can conclude that:Needling Lieque with electric acupuncture has significant function to restrain the uterine contraction of early pregnant rats.
