摘要
在改革实践中积极探索国有企业有效的管理制度和组织形式，为解决企业在
过去计划经济体制下逐渐形成的弊端，增强企业活力，我国进行了艰苦的努力。
国有企业只有建立现代企业制度，才能真正成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、
自我约束的法人实体和市场主体。而企业财务管理是商品经济条件下最基本的管
理活动。经济越发达，财务越重要本文是在建立现代企业制度的改革背景下，主
要探讨现代企业的微观财务管理机制。
1、第一部分主要探讨建立现代企业财务管理机制的客观必然性；现代企业
的财务管理机制的特点和作用；
2、第二部分主要探讨现代企业财务管理的动力与约束机制；
3、第三部分探讨现代企业财务管理运转机制。企业的财务行为是企业行为
中的一个重要方面，它是关于资本的投放与收益分配的行为，即物质生产和流通
过程中的资本金的筹集、运用、耗费、收入与对收入的分配活动。
4、第四部分探讨建立考核现代企业财务管理机制运行效果的指标体系。
Modem enterprise system was directed for the state-owned enterprise reform. The
state-owned enterprises can become legal entities and market bodies, which are
independently managed with profits undeftaken by themselves, seLf development and
self binding. The finance management activity is, the more important finance
management becomes. This paper is based on the background of establishment of
modem enterprise system, focusing on microeconomic finance management
mechanism for system modem enterprises. The paper is briefed as following.
I In this chapter are discussed, objective necessity of Establishment of Finance
Management Mechanism definition of modem enterprise; status of finance
management m the modem enterprises; finance layer management theory
determines objective of finance management; finance activity formality secures
implementation of finance objectives; features, functions and roles of Establishment

II Chapter Two are studied Motivation Mechanism for modem enterprise finance
management and r.egulatiommechanism of modern enterprise-finance-system.
Ill Chapter Three Operation Mechanism of Modem Enterprise Finance
Management
Finance activity is a very important ~pect, which is with respect to capital
investment and income allocation or capital raising, utilization, and consumption during
production and circulation. Finance activity is start and end point of operation, basic
and fundamental to other activities. Finance operation mechanism is a key factor in
finance activities, or finance relationship including equity allocation relationship
between enterprise, owner, operator, producer and relevant outside interest entities and
creditors to the enterprise, which essence is property relationship reflected in alue?
field.
