改性有机硅表面活性剂的制备及其在硅油乳化中的应用

摘要
本文使用常用的工业原料制备出稳定性更佳的两种新型有机硅阳离子表面活性剂,然后使用脂肪族非离子表面活性剂与其复配乳化硅油,能够获得应用效果更佳的硅油乳液。
     其一,本文以N-p-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基二甲氧基甲基硅烷(KH-602)为偶联剂,环状硅氧烷混合物(DMC)为扩链剂,制备出氨基硅油,然后使用3-氯-2-羟丙基三烷基氯化铵对其改性制备出一系列新型的有机硅阳离子表面活性剂。根据氨基硅油乳液的应用效果,研究和探讨了氨基硅油的黏度、氨值、原料比及不同的二甲基烷基叔胺对产物的影响,制备出应用效果最佳的有机硅阳离子表面活性剂,在同等的应用效果及最佳的乳化剂配比下,找出了降低乳化剂的最佳值。
     其二:使用烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)和烯丙基聚醚(F6)对侧链含氢硅油的改性之后,再使用不同的叔胺对其产物阳离子化,研究了不同的原料比对应用效果的影响,尤其是在乳化二甲基硅油中的影响。找出了最佳有机硅阳离子表面活性剂,并且找出了乳化二甲基硅油时使用的表面活性剂的类型和配比。
Two novel better stability siloxane cationic surfactants were prepared used industrial raw materials in this paper. They were used to emulsify silicone oil with aliphatic non-ionic surfactants, the better application oil emulsion were obtained.
     One novel siloxane cationic surfactant was prepared used N-β-aminoethyl-y-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane (KH-602) as coupling agent, octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) as chain extender and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl-trialkyl ammonium halide as modifier. The siloxane cationic surfactant with the best application effect was prepared through studying amino-silicone oil viscosity, the amino value, the reactant ratio and dimethyl amine on product impact, and the optimum amount of emulsifier was reduced in equal application effects and the best emulsifier ratio.
     Another novel siloxane cationic surfactant was prepared via hydrogen silicone oil (203 B) modified by AGE, F6, DMA and so on, adjusting reactant ratio on the basis of emulsifying silicone oil, especially in dimethy silicone oil, and then the better product was prepared. In addition, the better emulsifier and ratio were found in emulsifying dimethy silicone oil.
