摘要
在社会主义经济体制的转型期，青少年的道德状况表现出多
元化和复杂性，青少年道德失落的现象也不容忽视。加强青少年
道德教育，提高学校德育的实效性，是关系国家前途和命运的大
事，也是摆在德育工作者面前的重要任务。本文从当代青少年道
德状况入手，分析了道德滑坡的原因，特别强调指出，学校美育
的滞后是德育低效的重要原因，进而从理论和实践两方面阐述了
美育和德育的相辅相成、相融相促的辨证统一关系。笔者认为，
美德并重，德育美育化将是一条解决德育低效问题的有效途经。
最后，笔者结合自己教育教学的实际，从德育观念、教师素质结
构、德育的内容和方法以及校园环境的美化五个方面提出了中小
学德育美育化的策略，恳请专家指正。
During the transformation of socialist economic system in China,
moral situation of the teenagers has been becoming diversified and
complicated. The phenomenon of their moral loss should not be
ignored. To strengthen moral education of the teenagers and enhance
its effective at schools is a case of significance that should be
understood as essentially related to the state抯 future and fate.
Furthermore, it is one of the important and urgent tasks that should be
undertaken by those who are engaged in the course of moral
education.
Taking moral situation of the teenagers in contemporary China as
the point of departure, the thesis attempts to analyze the reasons of
moral loss of the teenagers. It stresses that one of the important
reasons is the lagging of aesthetics education at schools. The thesis
then elaborates the dialectical relationship between moral education
and aesthetics education, i.e. their mutual complernentation and
suppoft.I propose that the effective approach to solving the problem
of low effective in moral education at schools is to consider equal
importance of both moral education and aesthetics education in
primary and secondary schools and give effect to the former by way
of the latter, and also, based on my practical teaching experiences in
moral education, I bring forth the strategies from the following five
aspects: concept of moral education, quality structure of teacher staffs,
composition aiid methods of moral education as well as beautification
of campus environment.
