第三方逆向物流系统构建及其运行优化研究

摘要
随着物流业及绿色循环经济逐步被人们所重视,逆向物流也开始得到了人们的关注。在第三方逆向物流系统中,第三方逆向物流企业往往会同时为多家企业提供逆向物流服务,而这多家企业很可能存在一定的利益关系,这就增加了第三方逆向物流系统的复杂性。论文沿着“系统构建—系统内利益协调—系统运行优化”的逻辑思路,以SPSS16.0、AMOS7.0和MATLAB7.0为分析工具,展开研究。主要结论如下:
     (1)在第三方逆向物流合作伙伴的选择过程中,设计了基于第三方逆向物流企业的评价指标体系,并对指标体系进行了实证研究,在对指标体系进行探索性因素分析的基础上,采用了基于结构方程建模技术的验证性因素分析,通过交叉证实法对指标体系的效度进行了验证;在此基础上采用了模糊层次分析法构建了合作伙伴的选择模型。在实际应用中验证了模型的有效性,为第三方逆向物流需求企业对第三方逆向物流服务商的选择提供了理论参考。
     (2)针对第三方逆向物流系统中各合作主体利益目标不一致的问题,以博弈论为基础,提出了一种基于契约责任设定、利益共享与费用分摊、服务惩罚机制的第三方逆向物流合作各方的利益协调规则,并构建了基于此规则的第三方逆向物流合作伙伴间的利益协调模型。经过验证,采用该模型作为合同约束后的利润比之前有很大提高,模型能够有效约束第三方逆向物流系统中合作各方的行为,使各方向着总体利润最大化方向努力,从而提高这种合作关系的有效性和稳定性。
     (3)针对第三方逆向物流系统的优化问题,以变分不等式理论和多目标下的优化理论为基础,以获得整个逆向物流活动中的利益最大化为目标,以逆向物流中的交易价格和交易量为优化条件,建立了第三方逆向物流系统优化的数理模型,该模型将前边探讨的利益协调模型作为一项限制条件应用到该优化模型中。经过验证,系统优化模型获得平衡的条件为单位商品的市场索价为较低状态,模型在逆向物流各方的网络匹配中可以达到平衡状态。
Reverse Logistics has begun to receive the attention as the logistics industry and the green recycling economy gradually been paid more attention.The third party reverse logistics enterprises are also responsible for providing reverse logistics services to third-party reverse logistics system. Which enterprises are likely to a certain degree of interest, which increased third-party reverse logistics system complexity. Paper along the "system building-the interests of coordination within the system-the system operation optimization" of logic thinking in order to SPSS16.0, AMOS7.0 and MATLAB7.0 analysis tool, start the study. The main conclusions are as follows:
     (1) The third-party reverse logistics partner selection process, the design of third-party reverse logistics based on the evaluation index system and index system of empirical research on the index system in the exploratory factor analysis based on the adopted Structural equation modeling techniques based on confirmatory factor analysis, through cross validation method, the theoretical concept of index system for the concept of validity is verified; On this basis, using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis of partner selection model. In practice, verify the validity of the model, the demand for third-party reverse logistics business for third-party reverse logistics service providers choose to provide a theoretical reference.
     (2) The third-party reverse logistics system for the cooperation of the main objectives of the problem of inconsistent interests, to game theory-based creative thesis proposes a set based on contractual obligations, benefit sharing and cost-sharing, service coordination model the interests of punishment mechanism. After verification, using the model as the binding contract, the profits are much higher than before, the model can be effectively bound third-party reverse logistics system behavior by all parties, the parties toward the direction of the overall profit-maximizing efforts to improve this cooperation between the validity and stability.
     (3) The third-party reverse logistics system for the optimization problem, to variation inequality theory and multi-objective optimization theory, to obtain the reverse logistics activities, the objective of maximizing benefits to reverse logistics in the trading price and volume To optimize conditions, a third-party reverse logistics system optimization, mathematical model, which will be the creative front of the interests of the coordination model as a constraint applied to the model and, after verification, system optimization model was balanced conditions units of commodity market asking price for the lower state, the model in the reverse logistics network matching parties to achieve balance.
