摘要
中国医学发展数千年以来,历朝历代许多中医着名医家的学术思想和临床经验是中医药学的珍贵宝藏,在药物、方剂、理论及临床等各个方面,推动着中医学不断向前发展。国医张步桃德高望重,治学严谨,博采众长,融会贯通,是台湾经方派名家之一,为当代杰出的中医作家、教育家、临床实践大家。其致力于伤寒经方的研究数十寒暑,对《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》之原条文倒背如流,对条文所内含的临床精义也阐发透彻,注重将仲景理论学说用于临床的实践。对于经方的使用多有创见,特别擅长分析伤寒论条文运用于现代诸多疾病的辨证论治与病理病机,惯用经方治疗各种疑难病症,其师古之法却不拘泥古之风,临床亦多使用不少验方及时方,随机加减药味以便能切中病情。临证时着重望诊及问诊,并以闻诊及脉诊为辅,精确快速的辩证思维及处方用药是其重要的临床特色。也因求医就诊的病患众多,故累积了大量宝贵的临床经验,是当代台湾中医界的珍贵资产。
本研究的内容主要为六个章节：
一、国医张步桃之生平事略：
主要透过详细的资料搜集,完整地勾勒出张医师一生的际遇和走上中医之路并成为当代经方大师的生平事迹、成长背景、人生经历等内容。首先是描述他青少年时期刻苦耐劳,勤奋好学,博览群书的过程；接着述说他参加通过各类考试,投身公职的人生历程；然后他励精图治,努力学习中医,顺利取得中医师资格；之后他开始藉由中医教学的工作来推广中医,并且达到教学相长的目的；后来他身居中医药管理的要职,尽一己之力,用心发展中医；他退休之后,反而不能休息,开始他济世救人的颠峰期；接着他秉持着公益回馈的心,成立财团法人张仲景文教基金会,持续他宣扬中医的理念；最后拖着病体,为病患鞠躬尽瘁,死而后已。
二、国医张步桃之医学著作介绍：
张医师众多的医学著作包含《高血压全方位健康法》有声书、《黑豆.萝卜.茶》、《生活中医—张步桃中医全集》光盘有声书、《小病不求人》、《感冒自疗法》、《自己开药方》、《自己开药方～下》、《张步桃养生观》、《张步桃治过敏》、《张步桃开药方》、《张步桃治大病》、《吃出免疫新活力》、《张步桃解读伤寒论：药物篇》、《张步桃解读伤寒论：方剂篇》、《伤寒大论坛》、《病案推理：张步桃治百病～第一辑》、《病案推理：张步桃治百病～第二辑》、《张步桃医方思维》、《张步桃美人方》、《张步桃谈植物养生》、《张步桃教你健康到老》、《张步桃药方妙解》、《张步桃新编眼科》等23部著作的介绍与综合分析。
三、国医张步桃之治学精神与方法研究：
本章节主要是探讨张医师其治学精神与医学临床学术养成的过程。首要的方法就是多阅读《四书》、《五经》及经史子集等经典文学,以提高自身中文国学能力,才能掌握各种中医古文的内涵；接着从《黄帝内经》着手,熟读《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《神农本草经》等古代重要医学典籍,作为学习中医的根本；其中仲景经方的部分,除了将各经提纲证及有方子的条文熟读之外,还要多阅读历代各家的注疏解释,尤其是以方证分类的《伤寒来苏集》；最后是要广泛的涉猎各门各派的医学著作,特别是各名家的临床医案。
四、国医张步桃之学术思想源流：
第一部分是张步桃之临床特色与学术思想源流探究。其行医的首要原则就是简、便、廉、效。接着是药食同源,食疗优先。还有方证相应,活用经方。以及治病秉持“致中和”的和解思想。经方结合十剂治则。医病先医心,且不失人情。第二部分是张步桃之主要学术传人的介绍,包括罗明宇、曾素真、郑清海、曾文俊、陈晓萱、郑文裕、邱隽彦及沈睦森。
五、国医张步桃医师病历数据库检索查询系统建立与医案统计分析：
以Delphi6为程序开发工具及Firebird数据库技术,建立一个操作接口简单、方便,用户容易上手的病历数据库[单机版]检索查询系统,以快速准确的查询检索病历。之后再以PHP为程序开发工具及MySQL数据库技术,建立一个操作接口更简单,用户能很轻易的透过网络使用的病历数据库[云端版]检索查询系统。并利用此一临床病历数据库,以统计学方法,分析研究张医师常治疾病之排行、常用方剂之排行、常用药物之排行、各类型病患人数统计等方面的资料。
六、国医张步桃之医学贡献及评议：
针对张医师毕生的医学贡献进行客观的陈述及评议。张医师是台湾当代著名的中医学家、中医教育家、国医大师。一生奉献中医,悬壶济世,活人无数；讲学不辍,有教无类；贡献所学,著作等身；热心公益,乐善好施；有如扁鹊在世,仲景再现。综观张医师此生,无欲无求,自奉俭朴,悲天悯人,救民疾苦,勤学于前,泽惠于后,不愧是在中医界立下三不朽事业的苍生大医。
本论文研究主要是介绍张步桃医师的生平及中医养成的背景,并将诸多著作、演讲、访谈以及庞大的计算机临床病历数据库,做更精密有系统的整理、归纳与分析,以淬炼其临床经验之精华,藉此对立志学习中医的后进给与一定的鼓舞与启发,进而造福更多病患,达到提升中医学术研究水平和学术传承的目的,而名家学术经验整理对中医人才培养及中医临床示范与学术推动具有重要意义。
