摘要
随着市场竞争越来越激烈，企业越来越意识到后勤管理是影响现代企业竞争的重要因素。企业通过对后勤系统的改造和重组，来加强企业的竞争力，提高服务质量，加快物质和信息的流动，降低企业的成本。
成都三国红光机械电子有限公司(简称三红公司)是一家中日合资专门生产摩托车化油器的中型企业。企业正式成立4年多来，一直面临着巨大的市场竞争压力。本人从企业后勤管理的角度，重点对三红公司的后勤系统中采购和库存进行了全面的调查研究。分析研究了三红公司的企业现状、生产流程、采购和库存管理的模式和效果。对实习调查反映出来的问题和对综合比较数据发现出来的问题，进行了深入的解剖，本着“适合企业的才是最好的”原则，在三红公司现有人力、物力、财力的条件下，提出切实可行的改善方案，并本着逐步提高管理水平，向世界先进水平看齐的思想，给三红公司提出了未来后勤系统发展的建议。
As the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, enterprises realized that logistical management is a key factor of market competition. With the improvement and reconstruction of enterprises' logistical systems, enterprises can strengthen their competitive abilities, improve service qualities, quicken fluidity of material and information, and reduce production costs.
Chengdu Mikuni Honggang Machinery Electronics Co., Ltd(Mikuni-HG) is a Sino-Japanese middle-sized joint venture which manufacture motor calibrator. From the first day of the firm establishment four years ago, the firm has been facing how to strengthen competition abilities and decrease production costs under competitive market environment. From the angle of firms logistical management, I made a comprehensive study of purchase and inventory of the firm and analyzed the situation of the enterprise, production process, policies and effects of purchasing and inventory management in
detail. Under its actual conditions, I provided some feasible solutions how to cope with problems of the enterprise's logistical management, at the same time, I give some suggestions of the enterprise's development.
