钣金FMS用CAD/CAM系统的开发与应用

摘要
FMS(柔性制造系统)是一种将计算机技术、数控技术、自动化技术、生产管理技术、信息技术等集成于一体的先进制造技术和系统,并已逐渐成为机械制造业的一种现代化生产模式,对于多品种、中小批量生产可以获得最大的经济效益。
     本文从钣金FMS的CAD/CAM系统的特点出发,论述了其实现的技术要求、设计思想和系统框架;并针对上海第二纺织股份有限公司钣金FMS-Ⅱ的CAD/CAM系统在生产中现存的问题,提出了以PC机为操作平台基于通用CAD二次开发的解决方案,重点阐明了钣金FMS用CAD/CAM系统开发的方法、步骤及其关键技术。
     由于FMS-Ⅱ的CAD/CAM采用的是专用的CAMPATH FDM-Ⅲ系统,使得FMS-Ⅱ无法集成到CIMS环境中,并且CAMPATH FDM-Ⅲ系统的集成是基于自身内部集成,使得产品数据不能与其他系统直接共享。此外,该系统的硬件平台磨损比较严重,软件上是早已停用的低版本,并且制图的效率较低,无法实施标准化,已不能满足现在的生产需求。
     为了解决这些问题,需要重新开发FMS-Ⅱ的CAD/CAM系统,目标就是从基于PDM下的通用CAD系统提供的图形信息直接描述零件开始,人工交互方式输入加工信息,由专家系统的推理机实现自动配模,经计算产生刀位文件,优化排料后,再针对钣金FMS-Ⅱ的数控系统,后置处理生成相应的数控加工程序,数控机床根据加工程序代码自动完成加工,从而实现钣金FMS-Ⅱ的CAD/CAM系统基于PDM下的开放集成。
FMS (Flexible Manufacture System) is a kind of advanced manufacture technology and system, which integrate the computer technique the number control technique the automation technique the producing management technique and information technique , and it has become a modern mode of the machine manufacturing, and could have achieved the maximal benefit in the produce of various kinds and medium or little batch.
    From the characteristic of CAD/CAM system of FMS for sheet metal, the topic presents the technology requirement the design conception and the system frame of realizing it; Pointing to the questions, in the practical application of CAD/CAM system of the FMS-II for sheet metal in Shanghai No.2 Textile Machinery Ltd. Co., the article put forward the solution of the operational foundation based on the PC with the second development of CAD software with the tool of ObjectARX, and mainly introduce measure the step and important technology of the rebuilding realization of the system of CAD/CAM, using in FMS-II of machining sheet metal.
    On account of FMS-II adoptiving the special system named the CAMPATH FDM-III, it causes that the FMS-II can not be integrated in the condition of CIMS, and for the CAMPATH FDM-III system being composed and based on the inside of itself, it makes that the data of produce can not be directly shared with other economy. In addition, the hardware of the system is worn gravely, the low version of the software is out of date, the drawing operation is inefficient, and it can not be realized the standardization,so the requirement of the present produce could not be satisfied.
    For resolving those questions, it needs to freshly exploit a CAD/CAM system of FMS-II. The target is that it begins with the information of the graph (based on PDM) used to directly depict parts, being supported by the currency CAD/CAM system, receiving the producing information by interact with manual, matching the cutter with expert system, building the data of the cutter location (CL) by account, finishing the optimising arrangement, creating the NC program for the numerical control system of the FMS-II of sheet metal by the post system, automatically processing the produce by the NC machine tool according to the CL, and then realizing the opening integration of the system of CAD/CAM system of the FMS-II for sheet metal, basing on PDM.
