基于供应链的敏捷物流系统构建研究

摘要
本文是在满足客户需求成为企业竞争永恒主题下,研究供应链中的敏捷物流系统问题。本文以敏捷供应链需要敏捷的物流服务为前提,围绕敏捷物流系统的分析方式、合理化方法和冲突解决方法,将供应链中的敏捷物流作为一个系统,运用系统分析方法针对敏捷物流提出系统构建方法;通过对敏捷物流系统物流能力的划分、集成、协调,达到供应链对敏捷物流系统的要求;继而运用流程化、层次化的方法对敏捷物流系统物流能力进行了模块化划分,运用Multi-Agent的方法对敏捷物流系统的物流能力模块进行集成,运用空间仿射变换的方法对敏捷物流系统的物流能力模块集成中的冲突进行协商式消解;最后通过Dell公司的敏捷物流系统构建研究对论文进行了实证分析。
     论文的创造性工作主要有:
     1.提出了物流能力构成敏捷物流系统要素的观点。该观点对敏捷物流系统达到敏捷供应链所要求的快速响应客户需求、根据订单要求动态重构物流系统、重复实现供应链的要求并按照敏捷供应链的要求具有可扩充性,起着基础性作用。
     2.提出了敏捷物流的构建方法。供应链中的敏捷物流系统应按照物流能力进行划分、集成、协调。其中,划分分解就是将敏捷物流系统按照物流能力进行流程化、层次化的模块化划分;集成就是对已划分的物流能力模块集成为有机的整体;协调就是针对集成为有机整体的敏捷物流系统中出现的冲突进行消解。
     3.探索了实现敏捷物流系统集成和协调的方法。针对敏捷物流系统进行了物流能力流程化、层次化的模块化划分;考虑到物流系统中物流能力模块的自治性特点,运用Multi-Agent方法对模块化的敏捷物流系统能力进行集成;针对敏捷物流系统冲突消解中协商方式的特点,提出运用空间仿射变换对敏捷物流系统集成的结果进行冲突消解的方式。
Under the condition that satisfying the needs of customers has become an eternal theme for enterprise competition, this dissertation makes a research on the agile logistics system in supply chain. Taking the agile logistics services as prerequisite and focusing on methods of logistics system analysis, rationalization and conflict resolution, this dissertation takes agile logistics of supply chain as a system, puts forward a framework of system analysis for agile logistics with a system analysis method by way of division, integration optimization, coordinated operation of agile logistics system and reaches the requirements of agile supply chain. Then process-oriented systems analysis approach is used to divide logistics capabilities in agile logistics system into the modular, multi-agent method to combine the logistics capabilities modules and rationalize them and space affine transformation method to digest the conflict in the logistics capabilities modules combination and rationalization for agile logistics system with consultation-type. Finally, this dissertation conducts an empirical analysis of the theory and methods proposed in the paper by the case of agile logistics system of DELL.
     The mainly innovations and achievements of this paper are:
     1. Putting forward that logistics capabilities compose system elements of agile logistics.Based on the requirement of globalization of supply chain, it is extensible and plays a fundamental role to agile logistics system in agile supply chain which requires quick response to customer demand, dynamic reconfiguration of logistics system according to the requirements of the order, the capability to repeat realize the requirements of agile supply chain.
     2. Proposing construction approaches to realize agile logistics are:division of logistics capability, integration optimization, and coordinated operation of logistics system. And the division is to divide the agile logistics system into process-oriented and hierarchical modular based on logistics capabilities. Integration optimization is to combine the divided logistics capability modules into an organic entirety using rational methods. Coordinated operation is to digest the conflict appearing in the agile logistics system operation which combines into an organic entirety.
     3. Discussing the operation process to realize agile logistics system. Logistics capability of agile logistics system is divided by a process-oriented, hierarchical and modular method. Considering the autonomous characteristics of logistics capability in logistics system, multi-agent method is used to combine the modular agile logistics system capability. And an approach of using space affine transformation to digest the conflict appearing in agile logistics system scheduling results is proposed in accordance with the characteristics of the way to conflict resolution in agile logistics system.
