摘要
本论文共分为三个部分，在探讨辨证论治的源流、内涵及发展的基础上，初步总结了导师刘沈林教授治疗消化道疾病的辨证论治心法以及学术思想。
第一部分回顾了辨证论治的发展源流，探讨了辨证论治的内涵、层次观和动态观，讨论了辨证论治与体质辨证、辨病论治、循证医学之间的关系，并总结了导师关于如何提高辨证论治水平的经验。阐述了辨证论治在治疗消化道疾病中的作用。
第二部分根据三年从师体会，分十个部分介绍了刘沈林教授治疗消化道疾病辨证论治心法，分别为“四诊合参 望甲辨舌”，“擅用经方 圆机活法”，“明清医案 他山之石”，“多方组合，精心配伍”，“精研普济 寒温并用”“学不泥古 古方新用”，“善用达药 注重灵动”“病证结合 消瘤散结”，“斡旋中洲 顾护胃气”，“异病同治 一方多用”。
第三部分介绍了笔者跟随导师侍诊三年来记录的部分医案、医话，具体体现了刘教授灵活运用中医辨证论治理论治疗消化疾病的特色经验和医院管理艺术。
This thesis summarizes my advisor Professor Shenlin Liu' s academic idea and experience in treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) of digestive malignant diseases It also explores the origins and development and content of treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation. It is divided into three parts as follows.
Part 1. It Recalls the development origins in treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation, and explores its content, level and dynamic concept, discusses the relationship with physical proof, identify disease theory rule, and Xunzheng Medicine, and summarizes instructors on how to improve level in treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation.
Part 2. According to Experience during my three-year mentorship with him in clinical practice treatment digestive diseases dvided into 10 parts , introduced Liu Chen Lin Professor . they are " comprehensive diagnosis by four methods, watching nails and distinguishing tongue " " Good at using classical prescription , Making changes according to specific conditions flexibly " " Referencing Ming and Qing Dynasties medicine case , Drawing quintessence , " Many kinds of prescriptions associationing , compatibility meticulously " .
