大庆炼化公司企业管理流程再造研究

摘要
企业流程再造作为一个比较新的研究领域,是伴随着信息化时代到来必然产生的一场改变工业化时代的工作方式的革命。它是近年来国内外管理学界和工商实业界深入研究、广泛关注与积极探索的热点领域。自从迈可·哈默博士与詹姆斯·钱辟先生在20世纪90年代初首先提出了流程再造理论,企业管理流程再造研究与实践已经取得了许多成果。在此基础上,作者就大庆炼化公司企业管理流程再造进行深层次理论研究和实践探讨。本文通过对国内外流程再造理论的探讨与企业实施流程再造的实例分析,在总结归纳企业实施流程再造的成功奥秘及失败和教训的基础上,采用零基思考与价值链分析法相结合,对大庆炼化公司管理流程的再造进行框架构建,以具有典型性和实效性的方案,应用于炼化公司管理流程再造实践,并见到初步效果。
The business process re-engineering, which is a new research field, certainly produces a revolution of working ways which changed the industrial ages when the information is coming. It is a hot question of being deeply studied, entensive concerned, and active resear-ched. Since the beginning of 1990s, Dr. Michael .Hammer and James c.Abegglem had risen the theory of process re-engineering, many fruitful achivement have been gained within this area.On this basis, the author of this article deeply studied the Daqing refining &.chemical company s business management process reengineer-ing. By studing the theory of process re-engineering in Civil and abroad, and by analyzing their
    exmples, it summarizes their experiences (success, failure, lesson).On the basis of this, using Zero Thinking and Value chain analysis, the author of this article draws up a plan for Daqing & chemical bussiness management re-engineering. He puts the typical, effective scheme into its business managements re-engineering practice.lt gets initial results.
