木材企业虚拟物流联盟构建研究

摘要
随着物流业务的深入和专一化发展,物流企业之间通过联盟的方式建立合作伙伴关系,共同承担物流业务成为目前绝大多数物流企业的发展战略。然而,随着信息化、网络化和经济全球化的进一步发展,一种新的物流联盟模式已经逐渐走向成熟,这种新的物流联盟模式就是虚拟物流联盟。
     虚拟物流联盟是信息技术与物流技术相结合发展的产物,其本质就是利用信息技术建立一个合作网络来整合各物流企业的核心能力,为物流委托方提供方便、快捷、优质的服务,最终达到合作各方“共赢”的目的。因此虚拟物流联盟成为了指导我国物流企业合作联盟的新方向,物流企业通过这种跨越组织界限的虚拟化的物流业务的联合,有效改善各企业在物流市场中的竞争弱势地位,并可取得较好的经济和社会效益。然而,虚拟物流联盟在我国木材企业中的研究实例比较少,这也正是本文研究的重要出发点。
     本论文进行的主要研究有:
     首先针对目前国内外专家学者对虚拟物流联盟相关理论的研究进行了详细的阐述,并将此作为后面几章分析的理论基础。
     其次,本论文利用五力模型对我国木材企业竞争力进行了分析,并对虚拟物流联盟需求进行了分析,指出了虚拟物流联盟将是我国木材企业发展的主流模式。
     再次,本论文重点以广东鱼珠国际木材市场的研究为例,首先采用SWOT定性与定量相结合的分析方法,提出了广东鱼珠国际木材市场实施虚拟物流联盟的经营战略。然后提出了广东鱼珠国际木材市场虚拟物流联盟构建的核心要素:整合商的定位和功能、合作伙伴的选择问题以及信息平台的构建。其中,在广东鱼珠国际木材市场合作伙伴选择的过程中,采用了选择合作伙伴的三阶段模型:定性初选、AHP单目标选择、遗传算法优化组合选择,同时还利用MATLAB软件对所建模型进行计算、仿真,这种采用定性和定量、局部选优和全局优化相结合的方法对合作伙伴进行了客观、综合地评价。
     最后本论文还分析了广东鱼珠国际木材市场虚拟物流联盟的信息平台构建的功能模块,使全文更有完整性,合理性。
With the depth and specificity of the development of logistics business, most logistics enterprises make partners and take on logistics business together by alliance,which has become their common development strategy.However,with further development of informationization, internetization and economic globalization, a new kind of alliance pattern which called virtual logistics alliance has come to maturity gradually.
     Virtual logistics alliance,arising from the united development of information technology and logistics technology, establishes a cooperative network to conform to the core-competitiveness of logistics enterprises by information technology in essence, then provides convenient, fast and high quality services to achieve "win-win" for copartners. Therefore, virtual logistics alliance gives a new way for the development of Chinese logistics alliance cooperation, and logistics enterprises can improve their weak positions in competitive market effectively and obtain better economic and social benefit through the trans-organization-boundary alliance of virtual logistics. However, there are few researching samples of virtual logistics alliance in Chinese timber enterprises, which is the key point in this thesis.
     The study of the thesis is listed below:
     Firstly, the thesis makes some detailed elaboration to the relevant theories research of virtual logistics alliance from some present domestic and foreign experts, and it is the theoretical basis of analysis in following several chapters.
     Secondly, the thesis uses five strength models to carry on the analysis to Chinese timber enterprises'competitiveness and requirement of virtual logistics alliance, and pointes out the virtual logistics alliance will be the mainstream pattern for the development of Chinese timber enterprises.
     Thirdly, the thesis takes the Guangdong Yuzhu International Timber Market as a researching example. It uses SWOT methods,a combination of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, and proposes the virtual logistics alliance business strategy carried in Guangdong Yuzhu International Timber Market.Then it proposes core factors for virtual logistics alliance construction in the market:Conformity business localization and function, partner choice questions as well as information platform construction. In the process of selecting partner for Guangdong Yuzhu International Timber Market, a three-stage model is established:intitial selection of qualitative, the AHP simple target selection, and the genetic algorithm optimum combination selection, calculating and simulating the model by using the MATLAB software at the same time. This model criticizes the partners objectively and comprehensive by combinating qualitative and the quota, and combinating partial choosing the superior and the global optimization.
     Finally, the thesis also analyzes the functional modules of information platform for virtual logistics alliance in Guangdong Yuzhu International Timber Market, and it makes the whole thesis more completely and reasonably.
