嵌入式系统在煤矿安全监控系统中的应用研究

摘要
嵌入式技术(Embedded Technology)是当前信息领域的研究热点。目前,各种各样的嵌入式系统设备在应用数量上已经远远超过了通用计算机。针对传统瓦斯监控的技术缺陷,论文将嵌入式技术引入到井下检测站的设计上,实现了对煤矿井下各类参数(如瓦斯气体浓度、温湿度、风速等)的实时检测与控制,使之具有快速的井下处理能力(井下检测、井下运算、井下报警)。论文工作是基于贵州大学与贵州东方网络有限公司等单位的横向合作项目《光纤煤矿安全监控系统》之上进行研究与开发的,此项目采用了先进的激光检测技术,嵌入式井下检测站,以及光纤传输技术。项目研究已经取得阶段性成果,国家专利局受理国家发明专利和实用新型技术专利(200610051272.Ⅹ,200620133727.8,见附件),被列入贵州省2007年工业科技攻关计划,已申请国家安全生产监督管理总局2007年计划项目、2007年国家863计划。
     论文的主要内容及完成的工作如下:论文详细介绍了利用嵌入式技术设计井下检测站的背景,在分析国内外应用和研究现状的基础上,说明了本研究的特色和重要意义,深入研究了嵌入式系统开发的模式和方法。论文完成了井下检测站的前期研究实验;嵌入式控制器的I/O电路、光开关电路的软硬件设计,以及LED显示和本地及远程报警电路的软件实现;和μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的移植以及井下检测站系统任务规划:并实现了其他一些测试和调试工作,以及实验室控制联合实验工作。
The embedded technology is the heated research of the present information fields.At present, various embedded system equipments have already far overrun the common computers in the quantity of application.As to the technological defects of the traditional CH4 gas control, the thesis makes embedded technology used in design of the underground detect station,and has realized real-time detection and control of all kinds of parameters (such as CH4 gas, warm humidity, wind speed,etc) to the colliery, so the system has fast handling capacity in the colliery (underground measure, operation, alarm).The work of this thesis is based on the collaborative project " Monitoring Systems of Optic Fibre Coal Mines Safety ", which is carried by the Guizhou university and Guizhou DongFang Network Co.Ltd. The item adopts advanced laser detection techniques, embedded measuring station in the colliery, and optic fibre transmission technology.The project has already made some achievements, National State Patent Office has accepted invention patent and new practical technical patent (200610051272. X, 200620133727.8, see the attachment).And it has already been listed in the industrialtechnical key scientific plan of 2007 in GuiZhou Province. At present, the project has already applied to the 2007 plan project of the Supervise and Manage Bureau of National Safety; and the National 863 Program.
     The main contents and completed woeks are as follows: The thesis introduces the background of the underground detection station with the embedded technology in detail.It has explained the characteristics and important meanings of this research, based on the analysis of the domestic and international application and current research situation,and done in-depth research on development mode and methods in the embedded system.The thesis has finished the previous research experiments of the underground detection station,the software and hardware design of the I/O circuit of the embedded controller,and the light switch circuit,and the realization of the software of LED shows and long-distance warning circuit, the transplantation of uC/OS-II operating systems and the system task plan of the underground detect station .Then,it has realized some other test and debugged works, and the united control experiments in the laboratory.
