紫金矿产资源信息系统开发及设计

摘要
矿山企业是一种特殊的企业,它和自然资源结合的比较紧密。当然与所有的企业一样,人力资源也是必不可少的。随着管理水平的提高,管理信息系统(MIS)已经走进了国内外的大中型企业。由于近几年来,矿山企业的发展相对较慢,大部分的信息和计算机资源被GIS占用。所以,MIS在矿山企业中没能得到广泛的推广和应用。开发设计一种以GIS为基础对矿山进行数字化分析,以MIS为基础,对企业进行现代化数字管理的资源信息系统势在必行。资源信息系统可以对矿山企业进行前面的管理,是矿山企业信息化解决的最佳方法。
     紫金矿业集团股份有限公司顺应了这一趋势,提出了在公司内部建立资源信息系统的想法。紫金公司计划以紫金山金铜矿为试点,矿业资源为基础建立资源信息系统。系统建立后将在全集团公司内部推广应用,达到对公司内部资源的总体规划、全面管理,最后达到公司内部的资源整合。
     本文先从理论入手,从资源科学的角度阐述了资源信息系统的来源,并介绍了GIS和MIS在资源信息系统中的应用,然后主要从以下几个方面阐述了系统的设计、建立、应用及实施:
     1、系统分析:系统分析的基本思想是从系统观点出发,通过对事物进行分析和综合,找出各种可行的方案,为系统的设计提供依据。系统分析主要包括需求分析和可行性分析。
     2、系统构架:系统构架即系统的框架,它是系统开发的灵魂。本文介绍了系统的实施构架、系统构架和功能构架、网络构架、软件的支持系统及部署、界面构架和数据层次。
     3、系统的数据库设计:系统的数据设计是一个系统设计最重要的部分,需花费大量的人力和物力才能设计出一个实用性强、易于扩展的数据库。该系统主要从①系统数据库的需求分析,②数据库的概念设计,③数据库的逻辑设计,④数据库的物理设计四个方面阐述系统的数据库设计。
     4、系统功能模块的实现:本部分主要从①主界面,②地学资源,③人力资源部分,三个大方面讲解系统的操作及应用分析。阐述了该系统所具有的将图、文、音、像、表、幻灯等文件集为一体;将地(质)、物(探)、化(探)、遥(感)等空间信息集为一体;集成多种应用技术的创新特色以及矿产资源和人力资源在一个系统中完美的整合。
     5、结论及展望:对该系统作出评述,以及系统的应用前景作出分析和评价。
Mine corporation is a special corporation, it's combined with nature resource closely. Of course it liking all the other enterprises, manpower resource is also absolutely necessarily. Along with manage level's improving, manage information systems (MIS) have stepped in internal and external's big and medium enterprises. Due to the recent years, mine corporation's development is a little slow, most of information and computers are tied up with GIS. Therefore, MIS has not been broad spread and apply. Explore designing whose basic is GIS taking numeral analyze to mine and whose basic is MIS taking modernize number management to corporation is imperative under the situation. Resource information system can manage mine corporation's front, being best way to resolve mine corporation's information.
    Zijin mine group stock limited company suits this trend, putting forward the mind establishing resource information system inside of company. Zijin company plans to found resource information system whose experimental unit is gold and copper of zijin mountain and whose basic is mining resource .After the system establishing ,it will be applied inside of company, achieving collectivity planning and entirely manage of company. At last it can be in conformity to company.
    This paper expounds the origin of resource information system through theory and resource science. It introduces GIS and MIS's applying in resource information system, mostly through the following ways expounding the system's design, foundation, application, and implement:
    1. systems analysis: its essence idea offers gist to system's design through analyzing and integrating things and finding all kinds feasible schemes, systems analysis includes analyzing and feasible analyzing.
    2. system truss: system truss is also systemic frame. It's the spirit of system exploder. This paper introduces systemic implement truss, function truss, network truss, software's holding system and depose, interface truss and data laver.
    3. systemic database design: systemic database design is the top-drawer part of system design, needing paying a lot of manpower and material resources then can design out a practicability and prelates database. This system following four aspects:
    (1) system database's demanding analyzing
    (2) database's concept designing
    (3) database's logical desigen
    (4) database's physics desingn
    4. the sight of system function module: this part explains systemic operation and apply analyzing from three large aspects:
    (1) main interphase
    (2) terra resource
    (3) the part of manpower resource
    this system make maps, character, sounds, pictures, tables and magic lanterns
    into a body, making geology, chemistry, remote sensing and so on into a body;
    integrating multi-apply technical innovation and mining resource and
    manpower resource .
    5. conclusion and prospect: observing on this system ; analyzing and evaluating systemic application foreground.
