电压—无功集中控制系统开发研究

摘要
电压是电能质量的重要指标,电压质量的好坏影响着电网的安全经济运行,用户安全生产、产品质量及电器设备的安全与寿命。电压无功控制系统对于提高电压质量,降低电网的有功损耗有着重要的意义。
    本文讨论的电压无功集中控制系统在控制策略上对传统的九区图控制方案进行了改进,采用反时限面积和模糊控制边界的控制方法有效地控制了均匀投切并避免了投切振荡,在调度中心对多个变电站进行集中控制。在系统图形监控方面对电网建模、电网图元结构设计、电网结构分析及其软件实现方面进行了详细的分析和研究,采用电网图元端子结构单向记忆的设计方法实现了电网监控节点模型建立和实时带电分析以及变电站内部变压器运行方式的判断,相对于单片机控制的vqc装置更能够适应复杂的接线方式。结合电力系统CDT规约对本系统中相关通信控制规约进行了分析,提出了本系统与现有SCADA系统的配置方案,对图形监控程序和通信前置机服务程序的设计进行了详细的设计和分析,对本系统所采用的实时数据库进行了分析和结构设计。
Voltage is one of the important target in improving the quality of electric energy, in ensuring the running of power network with security and economy, in ensuring the security of production and electric equipments. The voltage and reactive power control system can improve voltage quality and reduce the active power loss.
    An “anti_deadline area” method and “fuzzy inference” is presented in this paper based on the improvement of the conventional “nine_area control strategy” and the action of the equipment is effectually controlled. Transformer substations are controlled in this centralized system. The research of supervisory and control in this system ,including the modeling of power network ,the design for the structure of electric element ,the analysis for the structure of power network ,and the realization in software are described in this paper. Elements of power network in the supervisory and control system interact with each other by use of the “site structure” ,electrification of the elements and the modeling for node analysis and the analysis for the running mode of the transformers are realized. It is adapt to complex power network model. The protocol of communication between this system is set down according to the CDT protocol .A scheme of compatible between SCADA system and this system and program structure for supervisory and communication is discussed and the design of the real time database used in this system is described in this paper.
