开关电源功率因数校正技术的研究

摘要
本文介绍了功率因数校正(PFC)技术的发展及其主要特点,阐明了其研究的必要性和重要性。分析了各种功率因数校正的基本工作原理,并从主电路的拓扑形式和控制方式分析了各类有源功率因数校正的方法。从理论上分析和研究了零电流开关升压式PFC电路的原理和应用,并结合250W带PFC电路AC/DC模块的研制,从工程设计角度重点阐述了该模块的关键技术,解决了模块体积小、散热困难及工艺等方面的难题。论文还研究了平均电流型PFC电路,并设计了1100W开关电源前级的功率因数校正电路,分析了其中实用关键技术,完成了实验研究,获得了满意的试验结果。
     本文还分析了功率因数校正技术的热点问题和发展方向,为今后的研究打下良好的基础。
This thesis describes the main characters and development of power factor correction (PFC) technology. Its investigative necessity and importance are clarified. The basic theory for all sorts of power factor correction is analyzed, and the topology and control circuit are studied. The principle and application of zero current switching boost PFC circuit are given. By introducing the development of AC/DC module with PFC the key techniques of the module are stressed on the engineering design. Some problems are resolved such as the module is so small that spread the hot difficulty. The thesis also analyzes the average current type of PFC, and gives a design of the former PFC circuit of 1100W switching-power. The key practical techniques of the design are discussed. The experiments have been completed and satisfied results are obtained.
    In the thesis the hot problems and development of PFC technology are analyzed farther. It establishes good foundations for future research.
