多路巡检控制仪的研制

摘要
随着单片机技术不断提高,仪表行业正在迅速发展,由功能单一和功能固定不变的结构形式,转向多功能化、智能化、数字化、网络化的结构形式。由此而设计的仪表功能强大、硬件结构简单、抗干扰能力强、操作方便具有很强的竞争力。
     本文介绍的是多路巡检控制仪的研制方法。多路巡检控制仪是以单片机PIC16F877为核心、信号转换处理接口、LED显示接口、按键输入接口、继电器输出控制接口、模拟量输出接口等组成。其实现了多种输入信号转换处理功能;自动测量和手动测量转换功能;自动测试和手动测试状态指示功能;超限(上限或下限)报警指示功能;超限报警控制功能;参数设定输入功能;模拟量输出功能。
     多路巡检控制仪设计的特点如下:
     硬件功能软件化
     软件设计模块化
     参数设定与修改实时化和简单化
     硬件平台通用化
     在多路巡检控制仪设计中解决的关键技术如下:
     多种输入信号转换处理电路的硬件设计和软件设计。硬件设计保证了不同信号的通用性;软件设计保证了不同信号放大倍数的设定。
     抗干扰设计:电源设计解决电网干扰;看门狗电路设计解决程序跑飞与死机;软件滤波解决测量信号的稳定性。
     通讯设计:通讯协议设计保证了单片机与PC机之间的无误码传输;通讯设计使仪表的参数设定和修改更加简单。
     测量精度的保证:硬件设计保证了输入电路测量精度;软件设计保证了A/D转换电路测量精度。
Due to the single-chip computer technology developing rapidly, the instrument industry is progressing in same speed. The structure of instrument is changing from the structure of single and inflexible function to multiple, flexible, intelligent, digital and networked functions. So the instrument designed with modern technology have more functions, simpler hardware, stronger anti-interference and easier operation. And they have very strong competing for market.
    The research method for a multi-channel patrol inspection and control instrument is introduced in this paper. The instrument is composed of PIC16F877, which is single-chip computer as a hard-core of the instrument, signal conversion part, LED display, keyboard, relay output control part and analog output part etc. The instrument has the transforming and handling function for variety input signals, auto and manual measurement conversion and display function, exceed limit (upper limit and lower limit) alarming indication function, exceed limit alarming control function and analog output function.
    The characteristics of multi-channel patrol inspection and control instrument are shown as follows:
    Part hardware functions are realized by software.
    The design of software is modularized.
    Parameters setup and modification is simplified and real-time.
    The hardware platform is universal.
    The key technology solved in the design of multi-channel patrol inspection and control instrument is shown below:
    The hardware and software design for various input signals conversion and process. The hardware makes sure the circuit is universal for different signals. The software ensures to setup a proper amplifying for different signals.
    
    
    Anti-interference design: The power design removes the interference from power supply. The watching-dog solves the program that program run away. The software filte improve the reliability of signal measurement.
    Communication technology: Communication protocol design ensures free of error code transmition between single-chip computer and PC.Communication useing makes the instrument parameters setup and modified be simplifier.
    Ensure measurement accuracy: The hardware design makes sure the measurement accuracy of input signal. The software design ensures the A/D conversion accuracy.
