Web技术支持下的网络课程建设研究

摘要
发展远程教育是解决教育滞后于现实需要这一问题的有效途径,也是革新传统教育模式的重要动力。现代远程教育的核心和重点在于建设大量高质量的网络课程。本文系统的论述了网络课程建设的背景、形势、任务和要求,并以《第四纪科学导论》网络课程为例探讨了WEB技术支持下网络课程设计与开发的具体途径和方法。文章在阐述了现代远程教育的发展概况、比较了国内外现代远程教育发展情况之后,着重讨论了当前国内远程教育发展的重点与核心—网络课程的设计与开发理论、基本原则、基本要求以及开发步骤,并对构建网络课程的WEB技术作了全面分析,在此基础上选用当前比较稳定且功能相对强大的一些WEB技术构建了《第四纪科学导论》网络课程。
     本网络课程具备网络课件和课程平台的双重功能,实现了系统管理、教学管理、资源管理三大功能,内容涵盖了第四纪地质学和第四纪环境的基本问题,具有较宽的适应性和较大的体量,并提供了丰富的媒体素材库、参考文献库、网络资源链接等相关资源,为国内第四纪科学的教学提供了一种前所未有的崭新的学习方式及学习平台。
To improve distance education is one of the most effective means to solve the problem that education usually lag behind actual requirements, it is also an important impetus factor for innovating traditional education mode. The core of modern distance education is to design and develop a large number of high-quality E-courses based Web. This thesis represented the background, current situation, development tasks and requirements of E-courses systematically, according to the author's experience of designing the multimedia E-course system based-web of "an Introduction of Quaternary Science"(lQS), the specific development method and steps have been also discussed. At the beginning of this thesis, the author made an overall review and comparative study of modern distance education in national and international, then gave a detailed introduction of some aspects of E-course that include design and development theory, foundational principles, rudimentary requirements and realization steps. From the viewpoint of supporting technology, we made a rounded analysis on the related web techniques, and then selected a few kinds of techniques with comparatively higher stability and capabilities to develop IQS system.
    E-course of IQS mentioned in this thesis has twofold functions of network courseware and integrated learning platform, it includes 3 main functional modules: system management, instruction management and resources management. The course content is comprehensive of primary coverage of Quaternary Geology and Quaternary Environment Science, it has already presented abundant resources at the same time, such as media material library, references library, related internet links, etc. It has been practiced to be widely usable, and by all appearances, it would be a novel and important instruction platform for Quaternary Science teaching.
