基于TRIZ理论的工业设计创新方法研究

摘要
TRIZ理论是目前国际上广为流行的创新设计理论和方法,它不仅广泛应用于工程技术领域,也正逐步应用于管理、艺术和社会等诸多领域。本文通过研究将把TRIZ这一经典创新理论中的一些先进的创新方法和理论应用于工业设计当中,并应用取得的研究成果,对现有眼镜阀产品进行造型和操作设计。
     本论文主要的研究内容是将TRIZ创新理论的一些方法、思维应用于工业设计的设计概念、设计思维、设计方法、设计评价等方面,此研究内容又可分为以下四个分项来研究:
     1. TRIZ理论对工业设计思维的影响
     TRIZ理论与工业设计的研究对象都是产品,但是毕竟这是两个不同的领域,在对产品的定义、设计概念的阐释、设计过程的描述等方面都有所差异。TRIZ创新理论的应用,使得创新本身的步骤和效率有了显著的改善。通过对两者的对比分析研究,可以互相取长补短,更加丰富“设计”和“创新”的内容。
     2.基于TRIZ理论的产品进化分析研究
     TRIZ理论中的产品进化理论,是其中具有实用性指导性的产品分析方法之一,将它广泛而深入的融入到工业设计的过程中,可以使我们的产品开发具有可预见性,对提高产品创新的成功率,缩短发明周期,都有重要的意义和价值。
     3. TRIZ理论中的创新方法研究
     TRIZ中的发明原理是由专门研究人员对不同领域的已有创新成果进行分析、总结,得到的具有普遍意义的经验,这些经验对指导各领域的创新都有重要参考价值。目前常用的发明原理有40条,实践证明这些原理对于指导设计人员的发明创造具有重要的作用。
     4.眼镜阀产品的造型设计研究
     通过眼镜阀产品的造型设计研究,解决国内现有机械产品缺乏人性和情感设计的现状,使冷冰冰的机器更加易操作、人性化、美学化、安全化,为我国阀门产业的发展提供可借鉴和有价值的帮助。
TRIZ is an international innovative design theory and methods, which used widely not only in engineering and technical fields, but also gradually applied into management, arts ,society, and other areas. Through this research we will put a number of innovative approaches and theories of classical innovative TRIZ theory into use in industrial design, applicating the research results to the optimization of the design of the existing glasses valve product modeling and performance. The main thesis of this research is to apply TRIZ innovation theory to the industrial design concept, design thinking, design methodology, design evaluation. This research can be divided into the following four sub-items to study:
     1. TRIZ thinking on the impact of industrial design
     TRIZ and industrial design studying object are all products, but, after all, these are two different areas on the definition of the product, explanation of the concept of design, design process description, and other aspects, they are different to each other . Application of the innovative theory of TRIZ, making innovation , efficiency and their steps have significantly improved. Through a comparative analysis of the two studies, each other from each other, richer "design" and innovative content.
     2. Analysis of product design evaluation Based on the TRIZ
     TRIZ in product evolution theory is a practical guide methods to the products .It will be wide-ranging and in-depth used into the product design process. It have important meaning and value on making the product development predictability, improving the success rate of product innovation, shortening the cycle of invention.
     3. TRIZ in the research of design method
     TRIZ principle of the invention have been analyzed, summarized from different areas of innovative achievements by special researchers with universal significance experience, the experience for the guidance to all areas of invention have important reference value. The present invention common principle contain 40 areticles.These guiding principles for the design of the invention and innovation play an important role in practice.
     4. Glasses valve product design study
     through the study of Glasses valve products design to solve the existing mechanical domestic product design lack of human nature and emotional status, to make cold machines more easy to operate, humanistic, aesthetic, safety, providing the development of the valve industry in China learn from and valuable help.
