(Supplier involvement in new product development, SINPD)作为一种新的合作创新模式受到广泛关注。
With the intensification of market competition, more and more enterprises allow suppliers to participate in its new product development, Supplier involvement in new product development as a new model of innovation and cooperation has gained more and more attention, many researchers have perceived the benefits of supplier involvement in product development to be significant, However, It also increases the complexity of the project because of supplier involvement, the research shows that many enterprises practise are unsuccessful. In this context,Evaluate suppliers that involve in new product development effectively become one of the crucial issues company faced, this paper vividly discusses how to evaluate suppliers that involved in new product development by focus on supplier evaluation and its influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise, The whole Paper is divided into two sections:theoretical discussion and empirical research.
In the first section, we make a strict analysis of supplier evaluation process from the perspect of SINPD, and then this paper constructs the model of supplier evaluation framework from the perspective of manufacturers, the whole evaluation process is divided into four phases: the first phase involves analyzing the current supplier datebase of corporation, the second phase involves selecting suppliers, the third phase involves evaluating suppliers based on the implementation process of SINPD,the last phase involves evaluating suppliers' performance,we analyze its structure, the main contents and running process as well.Secondly, this paper extract supplier evaluation influencing factors based on SINPD by analyzing a number of correlative literature.
In the second section, this paper mainly focus on manufacture industries, by questionnaire investigation to obtain data and analyze the result by using SPSS16.0, it concludes the influencing factors of the entire process of supplier evaluation, then this paper discusses all factors in detail.the research shows that there are five crucial factors of supplier selection which contains suppliers'technical capability, suppliers'reputation and firm, suppliers'past experience, compatibility between each other, suppliers'willingness.secondly, this paper concluses five factors of supplier evaluation in the phase of new product development process,it contains buyer-supplier relationship, suppliers'design behavior, suppliers' time effectiveness of problem solving, suppliers' cooprative attitude, suppliers' information sharing.it constructs the concept model of supplier evaluation of NPD process, thirdly, this paper constructs influencing factor model of supplier performance mearment which involves four aspects such as NPD performance, suppliers'service,NPD team, suppliers' future potential. Finally, this paper makes the explanation of the research result in detail.
