基于大容量SIM卡的移动DRM系统研究与应用

摘要
互联网的发展使得数字化世界对现实生活产生越来越大的影响,一方面技术的进步极大促进了数字内容产业的快速发展,另一方面由于数字内容很容易被非法复制、修改并传播,数字内容的版权受到严重威胁。而随着移动通信技术的发展和手机的普及,移动通信领域也遇到同样的问题,如何对这些数字内容的版权进行保护,已经成为亟待解决的问题。
     数字版权管理(Digital Right Management,简称DRM)是为保护数字内容的版权而发展起来的一种新技术,通过加密、签名、水印等技术防止对数字内容的非法复制或提高复制的成本。OMA DRM是开放移动联盟制定的移动通信领域数字版权保护标准,也是目前移动通信领域最成熟、参与者最多、影响力最大的主流DRM标准。
     本文研究的内容是在大容量智能卡和智能手机发展的基础上,基于OMA DRM2.0规范的DRM系统,该系统利用大容量智能卡存储容量和处理速度的优势,在智能卡端建立一个专属于DRM管理的文件数据库,用于存储移动终端获得的数字内容所对应的版权对象,同时通过对现有ISO7816协议中两条特殊的命令进行协议扩展,建立了一条专属于本系统中移动终端与大容量智能卡间读写非标准文件的数据通道,通过这条专用的通道使得版权对象在移动终端与大容量智能卡之间进行传递。
     本系统的优点在于数字内容和版权对象分开存储,即:数字内容存储在手机上,并可以在不同的手机之间进行相互复制(通过USB、红外、蓝牙等),而版权对象存储在SIM上,不可以在不同终端用户之间共享。由于SIM卡能够唯一标识用户身份,这种设计方式既保护了内容供应商的利益又保障了消费者的合理消费权利。
Development of internet made digital world become more and more important in the whole society. On one hand, the advancement of technology greatly promotes the development of digital content industry. On the other hand, the copyright of these digital contents is threatened seriously for the digital contents can be copied, modified or spread easily without permission. With the development of mobile communication technology and the popularization of the smart phone, the same problem appears in this field. Measures must be taken to protect the copyright of these digital content.
     Digital Right Management (Abbreviation is DRM) is developed to protect the copyright of the digital content, which integrates encryption, signature, watermark and so on. The Goal of DRM is to make the illegal access to the digital content impossible or increase the costs to do this. OMA DRM is the most popular DRM standard in mobile communication which is established by OMA. And the OMA DRM is the most perfect one so far with the largest number of members.
     This thesis studied the OMA DRM, and put forward a model of OMA DRM based on Mega-SIM card and smart phone. With the advantage of Mega-SIM, the system set up a file database for DRM management in the SIM card in order to store the right objects corresponding to the digital contents received by the mobile terminal. At the same time, the system set up a special channel by expanding two commands of ISO7816. Nonstandard files in the SIM card can be read by the mobile terminal through this channel. And right objects stored in the SIM card can be passed between the terminal and the card.
     The advantage of the system described in this thesis is that the digital content and its right object are stored separately. The digital content is stored in the mobile terminal and can be shared by different users by USB, blue-tooth and so on without additional payment. The right object is stored in the SIM card and can not be shared for the files in SIM are not visible. Because the SIM card can identify the users uniquely, this system is able to protect the content suppliers' interests as well as the right of users' consumption.
