西安市科技成果转化中金融支持的制约因素与对策研究

摘要
提升科技成果转化效率是促进西安市产业结构升级和经济快速发展的重要战略。西安市通过商业性金融、财政金融和风险投资等形式加强金融在科技创新成果转化中的重要支持作用。进一步提高金融对科技创新成果转化的支持力度,西安市可通过实施不断完善科技成果转化的金融服务平台,提升科技成果转化的金融服务能力,创新科技成果转化的金融发展新模式,实施人才战略,助力科技金融产业发展及打造良好的风险投资体系,促进科技成果就地转化等重要措施。
Enhancing the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements is an important strategy to promote industrial structure upgrading and rapid economic development in Xi'an. Xi'an has strengthened the financial supporting in the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements through commercial finance, financial work and venture capital. To further enhance the financial support for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements, Xi'an can build a financial service platform, enhance the financial service capability, innovate financial development model, and implement the talent strategy, which can support the development of technology and financial industry and create a sound venture investment system to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
