摘要
刺参是名贵的海珍品,由于刺参对人体营养与保健功能逐渐被认识,越来越多的人开始养成食用刺参的习惯,市场对刺参的需求量增大,其价格也在逐年升高,但自然资源逐年下降,远远不能满足人民的生活需求。该文就刺参生长环境和其养殖技术做简单阐述。
