摘要
超(超)临界大容量、高参数火电机组对水汽品质要求较高,水汽品质的准确监测是保证机组安全经济运行的必要手段。在线化学仪表对比手工取样分析方法,具有实时性好、操控性强、准确度高等优点。但是,目前国内有很多电厂水汽品质监测合格率较高,但热力设备水汽系统腐蚀、结垢和积盐现象却很严重,给电厂造成了巨大的经济损失。化学仪表在线测量的准确度不高,水汽品质监控失效无疑是发生该现象的主要原因之一。因此,提高电厂在线化学仪表的测量准确性和可靠性,对发电厂的安全经济运行具有重要的意义。
        The ultra-supercritical large-capacity and high-parameter thermal power units require higher water vapor quality, and accurate monitoring of water vapor quality is a necessary means to ensure the safe and economic operation of the units. Compared with the method of manual sampling and analysis, the on-line chemical instruments have the advantages of good real-time, strong controllability and high accuracy. However, at present, there are many domestic power plants with high qualified rate of water vapor quality monitoring, but the corrosion, scale formation and salt accumulation of steam system of thermal equipment are very serious, causing huge economic losses to power plants. The accuracy of chemical instrument on-line measurement is not high, and the failure of water vapor quality monitoring is undoubtedly the main reason for this phenomenon. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the accuracy and reliability of on-line chemical instruments for the safe and economical operation of power plants.
