摘要
文章以某区域小流域为研究对象和和具体案例,为改进以往单一目标下的区域小流域规划决策方案和方法,采用AHP层次分析法构建了多目标规划决策数学模型,并依次经过小流域规划任务和各目标分解,层次分析判断矩阵模型构造、一致性检验等步骤,最终结合某小流域多目标规划方案选定实际问题,并通过三种不同决策方案对比优选,鉴于统筹兼顾、低费用、高效益原则,选定了某区域小流域多目标规划决策方案。
        Taking a small watershed in an area as the researched subject and case,in order to improve the regional small watershed planning decision scheme and method under single objective,this paper adopted AHP to establish a multi-objective planning decision mathematical model,and to resolve the small watershed planning tasks and objectives,to judge the matrix model construction,and to check the consistency in order, ultimately, combined with the multi-objective planning scheme of a small watershed,to select the actual problems,by comparing three kinds of decision-making schemes,a multi-objective planning decision-making scheme about a regional small watershed was selected in principle of overall planning and all-round consideration,low cost and high efficiency.
