摘要
研究了测定地质样品中~(210)Po的适宜条件,并对测定~(210)Po的干扰因素进行了讨论。在盐酸浓度0.5mol/L、溶液体积40mL、水浴温度80℃、振荡频率140次/min、振幅20mm、反应时间2.5h的条件下,~(210)Po可定量自沉积于直径20mm的铜片上。通过测量铜片上的总α放射性活度,可求出样品中~(210)Po的比活度。在自沉积反应体系中,加入抗坏血酸还原Fe3+等高价金属离子,以保护铜片不被腐蚀。~(210)Po活度与总α净计数率的线性相关系数为0.999 8,测定方法的加标回收率为98.3%~101.5%。
The optimum conditions for the determination of ~(210)Po in geological samples were studied systematically.The interference factors for the determination of ~(210)Po were discussed.Under the condition of hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.5mol/L,solution volume of 40 mL,water bath temperature of 80 ℃,oscillation frequency of 140times/min,amplitude of 20 mm,the reaction time of2.5h,~(210)Po can deposit on the copper sheet of 20 mm diameter quantitatively.By measuring the total alpha activity on the copper,the specific activity of ~(210)Po is obtained.In the reaction system,high-value metal ions such as Fe3+were reduced by ascorbic acid to protect the copper sheet from corrosion.The linear correlation coefficient between the activity of ~(210)Po and the total alpha net count rate was0.999 8,and the standard recovery was 98.3%to 101.5%.
