摘要
当前,旅游项目(产品)同质化问题非常严重,并且受到学术研究和新闻媒体的高度关注。但是,无论是研究还是媒体报导,对于旅游项目(产品)同质化问题背后的创意人才不足这一原因缺乏挖掘。为此,要站在全局的高度,在把握创意旅游人才培养内涵的基础上,以旅游创意人才培养目标为引领,强化创意旅游人才培养,以破解旅游项目(产品)同质化之困局。
The problem of homogenization of tourism projects(products) is very serious.it has also attracted great attention from academic research and the news media at present.However,whether it is research or media reports,the lack of support from creative talents is a basic reason that lead to the homogenization of tourism projects(products),which has not been explored.Therefore,we should stand at the overall height,grasp the connotation of creative tourism talents training,take the goal of creative tourism talents training as the guide to strengthen the training of creative tourism talents in order to solve the predicament of homogenization of tourism projects(products).
