摘要
采用随机分层抽样调查的方式,对山西省2014—2015年间炊事燃煤情况进行了调查,并对炊事燃煤大气污染物的排放量进行了估算。建议推广农村炊事电气化,将农村炊事燃煤的大气污染物排放纳入火电行业总量指标置换来源中,对农村电炊器具适当补贴,所需经费可使用排污权交易所获得的费用。
        By means of random stratified sampling survey, this paper investigated the coal-burning situation of cooking in Shanxi Province from 2014 to 2015, and estimated the emission load of atmospheric pollutants from cooking coal-burning. It is suggested that the electrification of rural cooking should be promoted, the emission of atmospheric pollutants from coal-burning rural cooking should be included in the replacement source of the total amount index of thermal power industry, and the appropriate subsidies for rural cooking utensils should be provided, and the expenditure obtained by the emission permit exchange could be used.
