摘要
在脱硫塔运行中出现的仪表参数缺失,利用出口二氧化硫检测仪表进行调整PH值,对操作及塔体本身带来的副作用非常大,且在运行过程中脱硫塔烟气进口处结垢,如何缓解及解决结垢问题。随着环保力度越来越大,改造后的脱硫塔在实际运行中发现PH计和密度计安装位置不合理,也出现烟气入口结垢现象,经过运行分析及化验,确认原因。
        The instrument parameters appearing in the operation of the desulfurization tower are missing. The outlet pH value is adjusted by the outlet sulfur dioxide detection instrument. The side effects caused by the operation and the tower itself are very large, and the scale at the flue gas inlet of the desulfurization tower is in operation. How to relieve and solve the scaling problem. As the environmental protection intensity is getting bigger and bigger, the desulfurization tower after the transformation finds that the installation position of the pH meter and the density meter is unreasonable in actual operation,and the fouling phenomenon of the flue gas inlet also occurs. After the operation analysis and testing, the reason is confirmed.
