摘要
针对刮板输送机在实际工况中头尾两电机功率不平衡问题,研究与设计了基于CANopen协议的刮板输送机功率协调控制系统。介绍了系统的总体方案设计、CANopen协议通信原理、协调控制策略、硬件结构与软件设计。通过对搭建的实验台进行测试表明,利用CANopen通信根据实时负载变化调节电机转速,可以有效地实现两电机在负载波动条件下的功率协调控制,为刮板输送机驱动电机功率控制的研究提供了新思路。
Aiming at the power unbalance problem of the head and tail motors during actual working conditions of scraper conveyor,power coordinated control system of scraper conveyor based on CANopen protocol was studied and designed. The system's whole scheme design was introduced,coordinated control strategy was analyzed,and its hardware structure and software design were elaborated. The test results of experimental platform showed that,based on CANopen communication and rotary speed of motors regulated with real-time load change,the system can realize power coordinated control of two motors under the condition of load fluctuation effectively. It offers a new idea for study on power control of drive motors of scraper conveyor.
