摘要
随着国家对NO_x的排放限制要求越来越严格,在用燃煤锅炉增设烟气脱硝系统十分必要。概述了对在用燃煤锅炉新增烟气脱硝系统的改造及其工艺选择、系统控制、投资等,重点阐述了利用合成氨生产过程中产生的稀氨水并采用选择性非催化还原技术的烟气脱硝系统的运行情况、脱硝成本。实践结果表明,采用选择性非催化还原法脱硝技术是在用燃煤锅炉进行烟气脱硝改造的理想选择。
        With the increasingly stringent national NO_x emission requirements, it is necessary to add a flue gas denitrification system to coal-fired boilers. The modification of the new flue gas denitrification system for coal-fired boilers and its process selection, system control and investment are summarized. The operation and denitrification cost of the flue gas denitrification system using dilute ammonia water produced in the production process of synthetic ammonia and selective non-catalytic reduction technology are emphatically expounded. Practical results show that the selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification technology is an ideal choice for the modification of flue gas denitrification in coal-fired boilers.
