摘要
选取某高职院校大学生600人进行学习倦怠和学习动机调研。结果显示:1)高职学生学习倦怠处于中等水平,主要表现为情绪低落,其次为行为不当;2)女生、学生干部以及班级学风好的学生,学习倦怠情况明显好于同类别的其他学生;在学习成就感上,来自农村的学生、人际关系和谐的学生明显好于同类别的其他学生;父母管教方式为放任自流的学生,不当行为最为显著;3)高职学生学习动机排在前3位的,分别是物质取向,求知取向和社会取向;4)学生干部的小群体取向动机更为明显,来自城镇学生的物质取向动机更为明显;5)高职学生害怕失败的学习动机越强,学习情绪低落和学习成就感低的现象越明显。
An investigation and research of learning burnout and learning motivation has been carried out among600 students selected from vocational colleges. The results show that the learning burnout of vocational students is at moderate level, which is mainly manifested with low mood and improper behavior; that for female students,student cadres and students in classes with positive academic style, their learning burnout level is obviously lower than other students; that the students who are from rural areas and have good interpersonal relationship show higher sense of achievement; that the students who are from loosely disciplined families show higher level in misconduct; that the top three learning motivations are materials, knowledge seeking and society; that the small group orientation motivations among student cadres are more obvious; and that students who are more afraid of failure show higher level of depressed emotion and lower sense of learning achievement.
