浅析标准溶液的配制及保存

摘要
在进行样品含量测定中,许多分析方法都要使用标准溶液,而标准溶液是要通过标准浓度来反映的,标准溶液浓度的准确与否,直接影响样品测定的结果。笔者根据多年工作经验详尽的阐述了标准滴定溶液、农兽药标准溶液及重金属标准溶液的配制、保存及注意事项,具有很强的可操作性,对实验室检测工作具有指导意义。
During the measurement of sample contents, standard solutions are used by many analytical methods. They are reflected by the standard concentration. Whether the concentration of the standard solutions is accurate or not directly influences the results of the sample determination. Based on many years' work experience, the standard titration solution, the preparations, preservation and points for attention of veterinary drugs standard solutions, heavy metal standard solution were illustrated in this paper. The results have strong operability and could provide guidance for laboratory testing works.
