核电厂安全壳过滤排放严重事故管理策略研究

摘要
本文针对典型压水堆核电厂安全壳过滤排放系统的设置以及该系统在严重事故管理中的作用,在安全壳性能、典型安全壳超压严重事故现象以及放射性释放风险计算分析的基础上,结合国内外关于实际消除大规模放射性释放的要求及具体实践,对严重事故管理中的安全壳过滤排放策略进行研究。得到确定严重事故下安全壳过滤排放策略实施条件的方法,明确该策略在严重管理中的使用条件和相关限制,为严重事故管理导则的开发与安全壳过滤排放系统的优化设计提供支持。
        For the containment filtered venting system design of representative pressure water reactor nuclear power plant and its function in severe accident management,the containment filtered venting strategy is researched based on the calculation and analysis of the containment capability,the containment overpressure severe accident phenomena and the risk of radioactivity release,combining with request and practice of practically eliminated radioactive release around the world.The methodology of fixing on the implement condition for containment filtered venting strategy in severe accident is obtained,and the specific using condition and relative limitation for NPP is confirmed,which can provide supporting to the development of severe accident management guideline(SAMG)and design or optimizing of containment filtered venting system.
