综采工作面三位一体钻孔密封高效瓦斯抽采技术研究及应用

摘要
为保障工作面的瓦斯抽采效果,通过具体分析巷道壁面喷涂和煤层瓦斯充填护孔对瓦斯抽采效果的影响,提出采用三位一体钻孔密封高效瓦斯抽采技术,结合工作面的具体情况对封孔工艺进行设计,并对应用效果进行对比分析。结果表明:工作面采用原有封孔技术时瓦斯抽采的浓度会逐渐降低至8%~10%,采用三位一体密封高效抽采技术,瓦斯抽采浓度一致保持在48~58%左右,保证了瓦斯的安全高效抽采。
        In order to ensure the gas drainage effect of working face, by analyzing the influence of roadway wall surface spraying and coal seam gas filling and retaining hole on gas drainage effect, it is proposed to adopt three-in-one drilling and sealing high-efficiency gas drainage technology, combined with the specific working surface. The sealing process is designed and the application effect is compared and analyzed.The results show that the concentration of gas extraction will be gradually reduced to 10% when the working face adopts the original sealing technology. The high-efficiency extraction technology of the three-in-one sealing is adopted, and the gas drainage concentration is consistently maintained at about 60%, which ensures the gas. Safe and efficient extraction.
