基于关键词共现的重症患者延续性护理国外研究热点可视化分析

摘要
目的分析国外重症患者延续性护理的刊文情况以及其研究热点,为国内重症患者的延续性护理提供参考依据。方法运用文献计量学、共词分析和社会网络分析的方法,以1980年1月1日至2017年12月31日PubMed数据库收录的重症患者延续性护理论文作为统计源,分析国外发表文献的期刊、年代以及高频关键词等情况。结果共纳入2 964篇文献,PubMed数据库发文量总体呈上升趋势;文献发表在747种期刊上,其中10种期刊发表了23.11%的文献;高频关键词为Intensive Care Units,Patient Discharge,Patient Transfer等。结论国外较重视重症患者延续性护理,其研究热点为不同年龄段影响,疾病的严重性程度和预后,以及延续性护理对患者生活质量的影响等。
Objective To analyze the overseas literature and its research focus on continuous nursing care for critical patients to provide reference for domestic continuous nursing care for critical patients. Method Statistical source of this research is the literature on continuous nursing care for critical patients in PubMed from Jan. 1 st 1980 to Dec. 31 st 2017. Analyze overseas periodicals, time and high-frequency keywords by literature metrology, co-word analysis and social network analysis. Result 2964 articles are included. Published paper amount of PubMed is generally increasing. Articles are published in 747 periodicals, in which 10 periodicals include 23.11% articles. High-frequency keywords are Intensive Care Units, Patient Discharge and Patient Transfer and so on. Conclusion Continuous nursing care for critical patients attracts more attention abroad. Its research focus are effect on different ages, severity of disease and prognosis, effect of continuous nursing care on quality of life for patients.
