摘要

通过阐述John Grane28XP型干气密封的工作原理,结合合成气压缩机组检修中所采用干气密封的安装方法,对John Grane28XP型干气密封安装方法及注意事项进行探讨,以期为设备的稳定运行提供保障。
        Through introducing the working principle of John Grane 28 XP dry gas seal, combining the installation method of dry gas seal used in the maintenance of synthetic gas compressor unit, this paper discusses the installation method and precautions of John Grane 28 XP dry gas seal,so as to provide guarantee for the stable operation of the syngas compressor.
