碳排放脱钩视角下碳计量发展策略的研究

摘要
结合当前社会产业低碳化发展趋势,从碳排放脱钩视角下,对适时开展碳计量发展策略进行了探讨和研究,从碳计量的现实意义、发展存在的问题等方面展开了具体内容的分析,提出了碳计量市场业务发展的对策和方向,碳计量发展可以有效推动我国社会产业节能减排和转型升级。
Combining with the current trend of low-carbon development of social industry,this paper discusses and studies the development strategy of carbon emission measurement in time from the perspective of carbon emission decoupling. It also analyses the practical significance of carbon measurement and the problems existing in its development,and puts forward the countermeasures and directions for the business development of carbon measurement market,carbon measurement development can effectively promote China's social industry energy conservation and emission reduction and transformation and upgrading.
