产业扶贫存在的问题及对策

摘要
产业扶贫是新阶段扶贫开发的重点,是贫困地区全面建设小康社会的根本路径。但是,在产业扶贫过程中,如果找不准支点,那么扶贫的效果就不明显,也没有持续性。因此,若将市场主体作为产业扶贫的支点,就能把产业扶贫资金用在点子上,保证产业扶贫效果的持续性、稳定性。
Industrial poverty alleviation is the focus of poverty alleviation and development in the new stage, and the fundamental path to build a well-off society in poverty-stricken areas in an all-round way. However, in the process of industrial poverty alleviation, if we can not find the fulcrum, then the effect of poverty alleviation is not obvious, and there is no sustainability. Therefore, if we regard the market as the fulcrum of industrial poverty alleviation, we can use industrial poverty alleviation funds on the point, and ensure the sustainability and stability of the effect of industrial poverty alleviation.
